Amber accused my daughter of being too picky. She only offers pictures no actual samples of the quality and color of paper products. We were forced to pay for the invitations as they were already late, and once we complained to Amber about our unsatisfactory of the product she disabled our account on her HoneyBook, Inc. and ignored us. It was until we submitted a complaint to the BBB that she return our call and left a message stating she will reference the contract agreement in her email. Things wrong with our invitations:Invitation Problems The envelopes do not match The pockets are not a matte navy they are a shimmery blue (not as stated in the contract) The B & A squares are placed differently and some of the letters and symbols run in together (looks sloppy) The pink bands were cut unevenly (looks sloppy) The pink backing layer was cut too big and hangs out of the pocket (so sloppy) The "y" in Coto Valley runs into the 2 of the address which was asked to be moved higher in the proof and still came out sloppy. The RSVP envelope was never approved and does not match the pink of the band or pink backing layer. (The are in fact Peach not even pink) The RSVP card was printed in black while the rest of the cards were printed in navy Sincerely, Frustrated Mother of the Bride
