They don't trust you. Every time they cut they stop they show you if this is good. No pressure. They spend one hour with every customer. My appt was 10a. This now 1015. So I accepted. He asked what I wanted. I said.. "my back is a number one to a number two, I have a hard part on my left side, I like to be able to wear it on both sides of my face and I like to spike it: please don't CUT it..
