They don't trust you. Every time they cut they stop they show you if this is good. No pressure. They spend one hour with every customer. On top of that the lady that did my hair was not gentle whatsoever either she was basically just ripping at my hair with a comb very aggressively and seemed like she was in such a rush even though it wasn't busy. My sister even got a haircut with me and asked for layers and face framing but all they did was cut her dead ends. Very disappointed and unhappy with the service we got.
