I have experienced very, very little regrowth, and anything that does regrow is thin and fine. For maintenance during the summer months, I might do a light touch-up with an epilator. I'm attaching a before and after picture - my "before" was taken a few days before my very first treatment, and my "after" is just before my recent touchup (no epilating or shaving). I went in recently for a touchup, since I figured it's better to stay on top of things, and my experience was fantastic. Still the same outstanding service, cleanliness, and speed as before. I was in and out in record time and didn't even experience much redness or irritation.

But " Chicken -Me" is an entirely different story! Nervous with raging anxiety, as soon as I got out of my parked car my knees started buckling... Thinking what will they find this time? Entering it's very clear that they are following all mandates during the pandemic. I shared the sparse waiting area with only one other person. . chairs are at opposite sides of the room. I felt completely safe. My actual wait time was at best 10 minutes. I was called in by a friendly assistant and taken to the exam room. Within no more than 5 minutes my exam began. I saw Nelya Christiansen PA-C . She is an absolute delight. She introduced herself and went over any concerns I had. Obviously she could see all the flaws, etc but was completely non- judgemental and took the time to listen to me. There wasnt any condescending attitude from her and I felt like I was in great hands - completely comfortable I won't go into the diagnosis or treatment. But what she did today was painless... Let me state that again - PAINLESS and basically done so quickly, I didn't really have much time to think about it .. Over in no time. How cool is that! Leaving, she again reiterated what was discussed and treatment and gave me the decision on when to return - which I prefer. I will definitely refer people to her! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!

I have been here several times and they are just consistently overbooked and running way behind…read more There is no communication upon check in that the provider will be running late, in some instances, almost an hour behind your scheduled appointment time (and these have been for 9 am visits!). I understand providers are busy and fall behind scheduled appointment times but, in my opinion, 40 minutes to an hour past your appointment time for at least two consecutive visits is unacceptable.

PLEASE DO NOT GO SEE THIS MAN! Everything about my experience was awful. I had an explant that was…read morefully covered by insurance and paid to have a lift out of pocket. When I woke up from surgery I realized he didn't even attempt to do the lift. I was shocked and so upset so he offered to take me into his very old office and do a lift in the office chair under local anesthesia a few months later . (The dirty old 1900's office). He removed as much as he could still leaving me with so much skin you could clearly see. After a week he removed those stitches clearly too early and I ended up having a huge open wound with smelly stuff coming out clearly an infection. After months of healing my results are terrible. I have awful scars from that open wound.. so much loose skin.. and all he is offering to do is have ME pay again for him to bring me to the operating room so he can do a full lift since he couldn't in office chair. He said he will give me his services free (clearly cause he knows he didn't do his job) but I have to pay for the room and anesthesia again. WHY WOULD I PAY AGAIN FOR A SURGERY AND A JOB HE DIDN'T PERFORM. He was so rude and disrespectful when I mentioned either getting my lift portion of payment back or having him re do it FOR FREE. . By the way he charged my insurance 35,000 dollars for explant and I paid over 8,000 out of pocket for the lift . You are talking 43,000 for a job he did not preform. Sadly, this term isn't officially recognized by so many doctors, but thankfully Dr. Chatson does and is very compassionate about how it can negatively impact some people's health. At my first post-op appt he showed me pictures of my explanted implants and capsules, per my request. I was thrilled to see he was able to get 100% of my capsules out, (which can cause further health complications if they're not fully removed). Additionally, I also got a lift. I snuck a peak under my compression wrap yesterday, and I have to admit I'm thrilled with the results! They came out even better than I was expecting! He's worth the wait!

I was welcomed warmly by everyone from the front desk staff, the nurse Sarah (who is also amazing!!) and by Dr. Eliopoulos, herself. I was completely comfortable. Dr. Eliopoulos spent more than an hour with me for my consultation and provided so much education about the procedure and what I could expect.
