As most reviewers mentioned, I discovered them through IG. They had they famous Yara perfume. You have to get the dark pink bottle. They also have Chocolate Muk that ppl were raving about but it was too strong for me. They carry a lot hijabs and Abayas upstairs and cute hip belts so I can shimmy shimmy my hips on the dance floor.. They have a huge station for you to make your custom perfume oil. The ladies here are so patient and dedicated to help you find your signature scent. The prices are reasonably priced. They do have a loyalty program. Pay attention to where you park , so you don't get towed

I am so in love with Khan El Khalili!!!! I travel just to purchase perfume with Oud and other Arabic spices. When I purchase the same or similar stateside i spend upwards to $600 dollars a bottle. I was in perfume heaven hear. IYKYK these smells. I realized i had even purchased a few bottles from this shop from Amazon!!! I am so happy I found out this store is right in my area of travel. I was in here for over an hour. I tried to smell the entire store in one visit (just know I didn't succeed). If you love, love, love Arabic scents like I do, then Khan El Khalili is the place to go!!!

International store with unique gifts. They sell men's, women's, and unisex fragrances, air freshners, incense, tea accessories, hooka accessories, prayer rugs, jewelry. There were a lot of people searching for fragrances, testing them out, and also mixing personalized oils. While I was there, another lady shopping made the recommendation to go to the stores website and read up on the fragrances to find what you like. I think I may have found a hidden gem!! I will return after I've figured out what sort of fragrance I'm looking for to make a purchase.

Could not have been more pleasantly surprised than to stumble upon this marketplace because of Instagram explore!!! At random i was scrolling and saw a video posted on IG by @amira.wya and I knew I needed to check it out. They have it all and for really good prices!! This place is also easy on the pockets. They have everything from perfume, cologne, jewelry for men and women, clothing/scarves, tobacco and hookah stuff etc. like everything you could picture in a middle eastern market. Best of all their service is unmatched, they were friendly, and knowledgeable when it came to customizing my perfume oil. This place was packed due to the holidays, and they get new oils/perfumes every two weeks or so. Ive now told family and friends to stop by.

    Two oils from the store

A perfume lover's dream. So many scents to try and wonderful customer service. I need to return to get more of the scented oils.

Everything you could possibly want is in this store! Smell goods, hookah, jewelry and more! The oils are amazing! It's easy on the pockets, and I can't wait until I go back and get some more! The staff is very nice and helpful!

I went on a Saturday so it was a bit busy. A lot of the parking had towing signs so that was a bit confusing. When we want to smell some of the oils an employee helped us smell as many as we wanted, she was very welcoming and smiley! Got 3 ($15) 1oz oils from this wall and a $33 perfume.

A hookah lovers playground. If you love tea sets, incense and hookahs this is your place. The staff was helpful and very knowledgeable. Hookahs were ranging from 20- 120 and all the accessories needed. Off the beaten path in VA.

I spent an hour finding the lovely and fresh smelling perfume oil from a tester on display. I got home so excited to wear the perfume oil purchased in the store. Well, major disappointment! What i tested was not what I was given in my take home box. Smell profile is totally different, what I smelled was fresh and light. What I had in my box was smokey, orient and strong. I went back to the store to show the workers the bottle I choose and even mentioned the top being missing and faded, which is how I knew that was the one I chose in the store. Three employees told me that they all smelled fresh in the bottle they gave me. They also chimed in some nonsense about the tester smelling different because it has been opened many times. My favorite excuse was that the store smelled like incense, so I was not smelling it from the bottle?! So, cologne and perfume changes smell when opened!? I just went online and got the scent profile for the product (Top Notes: Anise, Coriander Middle Notes: Black current, Pineapple Base Notes: Amber, Musk). So, everyone did not smell smokey, musk?!!! I was the only one to smell an incense smell? Long story short, they refused to take it back, now I am stuck with this awful smelling oil. I will never go here again, and I will be reporting fraud to my bank. So disappointing, they had such good choices, I totally wasted my money. I would have accepted no return and no exchange without the lies!

Beware, DO NOT USE this place if you want your watch unharmed. Do not reward incompetence, save…read moreyour watch, go somewhere else. I visited M & J Jewelers, as it has excellent reviews and is right in Rosslyn Metro. I brought 2 watches with me, both just needed their batteries replaced. My Tissot Touch, an irreplaceable gift from my dad, and a Wittnauer, titanium watch with 20-year long-life battery. I called ahead and let the technician know what kind of watches I am bringing, "no problem sir" I heard. What followed is a total nightmare that resulted in a destruction of my Tissot closely followed by vitriol barrage from the owner, who try to hide his complete and utter incompetence by his aggressive verbal assault while laughing out my concerns and patronizing me along the way. He spent 15 minutes trying to open my Tissot with increasingly more forceful techniques and tools. This resulted in multiple scratches so deep that I can't put the watch on without really irritating my skin. I tried to stop him, but only heard that he knows what he is doing and to let him work. I am attaching a picture, it may be difficult to see the scratches, but trust me, they are deep. After I told him to just give me the watch back, he popped the back of my Wittnauer and announced to me "there is no battery here." This is the first time this watch with its long life 20-year battery has ever been opened, but he could not even find it inside. Yes this battery does look different form your ordinary watch battery, but instead of acknowledging that he's never seen one before, he laughed his cackling, laud and toothless laughter at me for claiming that there is a battery there to be replaced. Unreal! I felt insulted and my watch (made precious by virtue of a special gift) damaged, I was literally pushed out the door. I would like to think that we are an open and inclusive society, and I practice it daily in my business and consumer choices. I try to judge people on their merit and not accents and appearance. This experience was a sobering one however, where someone from a culture of non-existent customer service and obvious patriarchal disdain for women, treated me in a way that is incompatible with the most basic rules of civil behavior and polite human interaction. I believe that such businesses should not be supported and we should demand better. Here is my attempt at doing just that.

Tiny little place in that horrible Rosslyn metro "mall" that most people don't know even exists…read more It's on the second floor in a somewhat junky tiny store. They don't really sell anything by repairs seem to be the thing. I was disappointed in the lack of good watch/jewelry repair spots in the area, especially reasonably priced ones. This place is where to go, and the friendly old man that is the only employee is very nice. He fixes watches and many things just while you wait, and charges a super small amount. For a more complicated necklace fix it was ready the next day. If you lose a piece of pin of a watch for example he has those as well.
