That's where everything started to go downhill. It took until January 19th just to get in for the first half of my cleaning--yes, they only clean one half of your mouth at a time. The hygenist did a good job. Then it took until March 24th to schedule the second half. When I showed up on time for that appointment, I was told my X-rays had expired and I would need a new set for insurance reimbursement. Completely unacceptable. On top of that, my appointments were canceled multiple times, and I kept getting strung along with delays. At one point, they even tried to blame me for cancellations that were clearly on their end. Now, nearly six months later, I still haven't received any actual dental treatment, and I'm being told I may need another round of X-rays. Meanwhile, my dental health has only gotten worse. If you're okay with endless delays, rude communication, and zero accountability, this might be the place for you. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.

I do not have dental insurance. He took an X-ray and said I have an infection above where I had root canal 2 years ago and that I needed to go to my endodontist. I was charged $189. My endodontist had a CT image capture done and kept looking at the image saying he did not see any sign of an infection and didn't know why I was referred that and what he could even do as a next step. He stated the pain was most likely from a sinus issue. The total cost was $330 for the visit. I returned to T&P and explained what happened to Dr. Lou. He said the endodontist cost seemed high and dismissed his initial diagnosis saying that it was good we ruled out an infection as a cause for the pain!? He looked at my chipped tooth and said it needed a crown. He pitched his office's dental plan and walked out. He was very unconcerned that I had paid over $500 and had really nothing to show for it. Personally, if I unnecessarily caused someone to spend over $500 I would stand up and offer some help for restitution like reimbursing my initial $189 fee, offer to discount work on the crown, or something. Standing behind one's work, IMHO, tells a lot about a person's integrity and wouldn't trust any doctor or business that doesn't possess it.

I had an appointment scheduled and their phone calls did not go through for me since I had call screening in the new iOS so I never got their voicemails. they called me wife whos number they had because I had her listed as a contact for me and she confirmed my appointment for today 10/6. They kept sending me texts, none of which said they'd cancel my appt, but I ignored them since they already talked to my wife. I show up today for my appointment to be met with the most rude unprofessional attitude one could imagine, no understanding or empathy whatsoever, they also made billing errors previously and insisted they were correct until one of the higher ups at my dental insurance spoke with them regarding their coding errors and finally fixed things, otherwise they were ready to mistakenly keep coming after me for money i didnt owe them. You'll be happy with The dental care if you are able to deal with the office staff, but there must be alternatives in the area where you can get treated with dignity kindness and respect at the front desk without confusing and poorly coordinated scheduling policies while also getting great dental care.

She even asked if I "always talk to my customers the way I was talking to her," despite the fact that I remained respectful throughout the conversation. I never raised my voice or spoke disrespectfully; I simply expressed my frustration with how the situation was handled. As a parent, first impressions matter when choosing healthcare providers for my children.
