They kept sending me texts, none of which said they'd cancel my appt, but I ignored them since they already talked to my wife. I show up today for my appointment to be met with the most rude unprofessional attitude one could imagine, no understanding or empathy whatsoever, they also made billing errors previously and insisted they were correct until one of the higher ups at my dental insurance spoke with them regarding their coding errors and finally fixed things, otherwise they were ready to mistakenly keep coming after me for money i didnt owe them. I was absolutely LIVID today when I showed up in Bethlehem for my 9:30 surgery today at 9:00 (early!!!) and was told I was "late" and I should have been there at 8:30. Are you kidding me? I have MULTIPLE emails stating my appt is 9:30 and an appt card marked 9:30! It's stressful enough having surgery, but having the office staff somehow screw up the appt times on multiple occasions and somehow act like it's MY fault or I'm wrong, is unacceptable.
