I had a scaling done there last year which cost me around $500 my insurance covers 80%. They hiked the prices up in one year from $1,000 to 2,000 because my insurance is a good , so they raised it another thousand in one year?!? Ridiculous. And when I refused to get the scaling done,they won't touch my teeth at all . And they refuse to give a regular cleaning. So If I refuse to get the scaling they won't work on my teeth at all . Our family member went to the Aspen Dental and had a horrible experience. Do not and do not recommend this service at Quakertown location. They forced you to get an X-ray even we do not want one and the technician forced the device in her mouth which caused tremendous pain. Our experience was not pleasant and her wait time was more than 1.5 hours before she was seen. it is unacceptable and please don't go there. read more

Excellent care! The staff was professional. Msara did my cleaning and she was thorough and even went back to recheck my X-rays to make sure no calculus was left behind. Dr. Mangal was very kind and expertly looked at my X-rays and recommended wisdom tooth removal. Overall a 5/5 experience. read more

Very unprofessional. I came to have my tooth extracted and was put in more pain than when I came. Then the doctor was unable to extract the tooth and rushed me out of the chair , didn't apply gauazs nor made me a follow up appointment. They rushed home. I had to rush to my car and take 3 Tylenol 650 mg. The problem wasn't the pain. It was not being honest about your professional experience. No one was able to pull the tooth and caused more harm. read more

My hubby went here and got uppers and lowers 1 month ago. The bottoms never fit..at all. He finally was seen this morning so they can align them. Not only did they not do this...the lowers actually broke in half..after him trying to get them out of his mouth...now we can't even speak to anyone in the office about it. Aspen Dental is the worst dental practice I have ever been to. They will lie to you and damage your teeth. I was told by a dentist at Aspen Dental that I "must" have root canals done on two teeth. Before even looking in to my mouth the dentist actually said, "Anytime a tooth is sensitive, that means you need a root canal." (???? really ????). I did not let them do the root canals. Instead I went to a completely different dental practice with a competent, and honest dentist. Rather than having two root canals and two crowns the teeth were fixed with only a small filling each. Cost was 1/10th of what Aspen Dental wanted, and there is no damage to the nerves - nothing like the permanent, irreversible damage a root canal would cause. If you value your wallet and your teeth - do not go to Aspen Dental. read more

My mother went in to get a tooth pulled she had the tooth pulled however it was an awful job they never gave her medication for pain and also got infected I recommend try and avoid this location if you could go somewhere else DO IT!! read more

I would give them -5 Stars if I could! Horrible communication. I was told (on the phone) that they did implants (and teeth following the implants). When I got to the office, waited 45 minutes to see a dentist, then after many expensive X-rays, they told me they would have to give me a referral for a dentist to do the implants! I feel like anything that may go wrong will go wrong with me at the Quakertown Aspen Dental. From scheduling problems, system crashing, billing problems, impressions that were not complete and needed to be done again but not receiving a call for a month to tell me that the impressions are not good and I needed to come back in.Now today I left work for a 3:00 appt and rushed down there. It looked empty, I said to myself oh no! And checked my messages and they left a message yesterday that the dr was leaving at 1 and had to reschedule my appointment. Finally a person came out of the back and I asked what is going on. She said the Drs car broke down so he had to leave. I'm sorry that his car broke down but we all go on with our lives while they fix it get an Uber or lift for the day! Now his inconvenience became my inconvenience. So I have been trying to have a partial that broke 3 months ago fixed. This is ridiculous and between the gas and time away from work on multiple occasions. I am not paying for this partial in full. A year ago I would have told a friend to go here. This past visit was a mumbling Doctor wearing a mask that was not friendly. I was told I need a root canal and needed an endodontist. So I called an endodontist and was told I need a referral from Aspen. No big deal. I called and the woman couldn't understand why I needed a referral when they have an endodontist on staff. Every time I'm in there it's different people and they all seem lost. Getting information from them is like pulling teeth pun intended! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Bait and switch. Costs are way above normal. Bill is not clearly explained. Costs are added without consent. They talk circles around you when you ask coherent questions regarding the bill, and you're left with partially completed work, and a ridiculously high bill. They would not schedule me a cleaning as schedulers there lack compassion to assist their clients and do not do check ups and cleaning together and then make you do un necessary things to charge you more money and won't schedule you for cleaning until you do un necessary things...had to change dentists...do NOT recommend as I only require checkups and cleaning and preventative care.. read more

There dental first financing is a rip-off if you can't pay the full amount off in a year you WILL be charged the full interest had it almost payed off than got nailed with a $300 in interest so listen closely when they tell you about this service. read more

Avoid this office, all they want to do is a 100 x-rays and cleaning. If you actually need a cavity filled, they do not want to do it, without adding many extras. They are constantly upselling. Spent almost 2000.00 for special dental needs last year. When needing a cavity filled they said it couldn't be done without a check up first. They knew the cavity existed!
