Then called back to a different department hoping I could talk to a REAL person and did told him what happened and ask him if he could switch me to someone I could talk to yep sure will then switched me yes was put on hold and waited then said to myself well likely will be cut off again so I hung up. I know you guys are busy but if its this bad just say no call will be taken at this time. So word to the wise go there if you need some info as that's all I wanted. The curbside pickup was as fast as could be considering the 6 feet social distancing and having 1 person inside to pay at a time. I attended home hardware recently to return an item I purchased. The cashier I dealt with was…read moreterribly unpleasant and she acted like I should know the home hardware policies by heart. I didn't know there was a 30 day limit to return the item, but nonetheless, the item had never been used and I felt it wasn't unreasonable to speak to the owner. The moody cashier attempted to reach the owner and was unable to do so. She claimed he was on his lunch break. She stepped out for a few minutes, came back and said the owner declined to meet with me and refused to take back my 14$ item. The cashier had a smirk on her face and it really looked like she was pleased not to take back my item. I will NEVER go back there again, not because I wasn't able to return my item but because the service that I received was so unprofessional and frustrating. I will make sure to tell all my family and friends about this experience. I do not recommend this store.

Charged double for sewer back up valve install than other plumbers in area. Unfortunately I trusted…read morethem and didn't get quotes before the job. Valve is installed poorly and get blocked often, adding additional expenses to have it cleared. Unqualified worker left unsupervised to install alone rather than employee that went through the job details with me. Mislead requirements of rebate available. Omitted the fact that rebate is only paid if both sump and backup valve installed. Offered to provide second quote required through employees other plumbing company "to save me the bother of having to get another plumber in". More likely to hide the excessive price I was charged. Under stress after a flooded basement and I didn't follow some simple steps to be sure I wasn't taken advantage of. This company exploited the situation and ripped me off.
