It was super simple to make an appointment on their website and you receive a confirmation text as well. I came on a Friday morning and they were already pretty busy. This is a nice, huge, clean salon. You pick a color and then wait to be called. They offer complimentary drinks such as bottled water, juices, coffee, etc. I opted for cranberry juice. Big screen tvs on all corners of the salon so you can watch TV. They have a basic pedicure for $32 but chose to get the Bahama Breeze $40 which was amazing! The only thing I was thrown off was paying at the end it asked for tip percentage when I already tipped the woman who did my pedicure in cash. Other than that I will definitely return.

When they called to confirm my apt the day before, I let them know I'd be using my Yelp deal and I was told "oh that's really old, we don't honor that anymore. But we can offer you $10 off" I really wanted the massage so I decided to keep it. Unfortunately the massage was not worth the $89 I paid. It wasn't relaxing and I felt the massage therapist was rushing through it. The facial was great however and I was super happy with it! When I asked to speak to a manager, I was denied and one of the workers Sandhia identified herself as a manager, although I highly doubt that was true. So if you have a problem, you will not be able to speak to management to complain. All they want from a customer is to come, pay money and leave. Stay away from this place.

I decided to see if I could find a massage place close to home that was open and affordable. I've seen a new sign in the Walmart parking lot the last few times I had to drive there for specific items. I let my husband know I was in dire need of a massage so would meet him at home later. He asked which salon I was going to. I always check Groupon before getting beauty treatments or massages done in case one of my favorite places or somewhere I've been wanting to try is having a special. Hubby said if I could find a couples massage he would like to go with me except he refuses to have a male masseuse. So, there was a Groupon for a Thai massage but I called the place and they only did 30 minute massages and there was only one therapist there so we would have to take turns. Then he reminded me that I mentioned seeing a new place by Walmart. I called the "new" place and they were so friendly and accommodating otp. I could do a massage alone, or with my husband as a couple's massage, they suggested a body, face, & head massage they are promoting this month. $100 for all three. I'm super picky about my hair and didn't want to get it wet so asked for the couples massage. My husband had Tiffany and mine was Crystal.. I wasn't expecting to truly relax, I stress about a lot of things. Like can't go to bed sometimes because I'm worried about the kids or my best friend's recent widow. I was laying there enjoying the massage and trying to figure out how to fix the bank problem and get a different contractor to fix my Dad's house then all of a sudden the worry & stress was gone! Like *poof* that kind of gone and she put a warm stone in each of my hands. It was a surprised to have the stress switch just turned off. And when I say that we get massages everywhere I'm being totally serious. Maybe it's because the older we get the more we ache. At one point I was in a yoga pose from my favorite instructor. Happy baby or child's pose, something like that but when I looked over at my hubby he was being walked all over by Tiffany and was super relaxed. When we checked out I felt great and I saw 2 spaces that looked like they should be in a hair salon so I told the man at the register, "Oh! You do have a hair salon area! I was afraid to book the face & head massage because if I get my hair wet I will have to go to the salon to get it fixed and I don't have time tomorrow." He was so nice and said they could have blow dried my hair as part of my session. But I specifically asked otp when I booked the massages if I would leave the salon with wet hair if I booked the massage special and the lady I spoke to said, "just a little wet, we can towel dry for you." So both my husband and I will come again and ask for our same therapists. Just the fact that while my stress was churning like a generator in a neighborhood without power Crystal persevered and I am a professional worrier! Actually that's not true that would mean I would get paid to stress for people! I would be a billionaire! I'm far from it but I really am going to try the triple special before it expires. The salon smelled nice & the shopping center it is in doesn't have a lot of parking after 5pm because there are several restaurants and a Walmart in the same parking lot.
