Does that make you comfortable as a new customer seeing this? Do you think all these begrudged customers could be wrong? I personally have never seen this many combative responses from a business against negative comments of their customers. We used this business for a few years, they did everything in their power to convince us to stay on a subscription that they knew they could not fulfill. Convincing my disabled wife to keep trying new masseuses over and over even after the previous one cause her pain. When we finally left they ignored their mistakes and manipulative tactics, pointed to a contract and said so sorry. We walked, with thousands of dollars unused. They sure had a smile on their faces when we left. The 5 star reviews here are clearly pumped or people get discounts to post them because every time we were in that place we heard some customer complaining. No way this place deserves more than 3 stars.
