My nails are small and I'm working on my nail growth, they can be challenging to do. I appreciated how much she care she put into my nails to make sure they not only looked great in the art but feel great in the nail care, despite the challenge. I made an appt online easily and did wait some extra time because they were busy. The staff was generous, gave me water, and I came on a day where I had the extra time so it was no problem for me. My five stars is for Wendy and Jay in particular. I trust Wendy so much that she did my nails for my proposal. I had a feeling and I told Wendy and she made sure my nails were perfect for photos. I get builder gel to add strength to my natural nails and they've never chipped on me. They've always held up for 3-4 weeks and I only come in once a month to see Wendy or Jay if Wendy is out of town. My pedicures have always been great as well. They've always been with a sweet lady and I always forget her name when I see her. I honestly have had a bad experience with other techs who have done my builder gel at this location. I've messaged the owner directly and there wasn't accountability taken with the tech or further communication on the situation which was a little disappointing but I understand it's just business after all. However, I haven't let my bad experience deter me from Wendy or Jay. I've had great experiences with both and will continue to see Wendy for my builder gel. read more

The only thing is that it was pretty pricy, it more or less aligns with other salons, but the design in the picture cost 40$ extra which I thought was a little extra. She took her time and did a great job. Got me in right away, place is clean and welcoming. The price on standard pedicure is $35. TERRIBLE! I booked an appointment for a basic manicure and pedicure and arrived at exactly the time my appointment was and the Lisa, who I had my appointment with, had just started working on another person's nails, so the male who works there (possibly the owner)told me to just sit in the waiting area and I would be helped. I waited almost 30 minutes before I got up and walked out. I wasn't acknowledged at all during that entire time. They never even gave me the book of nail colors to look at or give me any updates on how much longer until someone was available for me. It's horrible how they prioritize walk-in appointments over people who actually plan ahead and make real appointments. I understand that salons get busy but to not even acknowledge or apologize is a terrible way to run a business. read more

First timer here and I'm disappointed since I live so close and it's very convenient. I got the $65 pedicure and it was more like a $25 pedicure. I know these ladies work hard for there money, but the older lady I had doing my pedicure wasn't equipped for the job - meaning I noticed how dirty the chair I was sitting in, it wasn't properly wiped down, the towel she put over the pillow in front of me smelled like mildew, I had to tell her twice to cut my nails down, she used a sand grinder on my feet and missed spots, she cut my cuticles too close and cut me on both big toes, when she put the rubbing alcohol on it burned like crazy. She then proceeded to leave me in my chair for 10 minutes and went into a back room and was talking to a gentleman totally pre-occupied, not focused on the pedicure at all. Again, I stress on the fact that I know these ladies word hard, but this wasn't a good look. I know this place just opened but in needs more work on service, cleanliness, and nail techs. I will give them another chance, because I believe in that. read more
