Absolutely awful. I was told multiple times to "stop Moving" "stop touching my hair" and my manicurist had the nerve to ask me "why is your skin so yellow? Is it turmeric?" Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. On top of that, my experience was anything BUT "Zen" or relaxing. I think when I asked for cat eye nails I wasn't expecting this to be the outcome. They charged me $70 plus $5 "tip" they were telling me to fill out. I think the work was unfinished and it felt like they were rushing to send me off. I cannot go back knowing this is how my nails came out in which I am very disappointed. Sent my mom to get a gel pedicure and the price is alright ($47), but the work could definitely be improved. We came to wind down for a relaxing pedicure. We both chose the $80 deluxe combo. Staff was nice enough and promptly sat us in a chair. Then it got weird. When my girlfriend asked for her nails to be cut shorter the tech got visibly bothered and told her to "cut them herself". After cutting her own nails she managed to have a little conversation with the nail tech and lighten the uncomfortable mood. Then comes her pedicure. Initially she told the pedi tech that she did not want her toes painted. As her pedi progressed she changed her mind and thought it would be fun to have a little color on her toes. She asked to see the colors several times and the tech ignored her. After someone finally gave her the colors she chose one but the tech proceeded to ignore her and finished her pedicure without ever making eye contact. It was rude. And strange. After all... the combo includes nail polish!! As far as my pedi... I requested a design before we started. It required my big toe to be painted black. My tech said "yah yah we can do it later" then painted my toe red with gel. When my pedi was complete the girl that does designs came looked at my toes and started laughing hysterically at me. She said "I can't do that design, your toe needs to be painted black". She said she could "do it different than the picture" But why would I want it different than the picture? It's not a huge deal, but I really wanted a summer design. Me AND my gf both- told the tech to NOT paint my toe red but she did it anyways. At the end of the day our requests were personal and simple. Short nails, toes painted, and a specific design. Anywhere else this would be a normal thing. They didn't listen to us at all. It was just awkward. We tipped well and were polite anyways. But that will be my only visit with them. 2 stars for the massage chair and prompt service only. read more

I came here with my sister to get my nails done before my bachelorette and we are so impressed by the amazing service and quality work done by the ladies here. They make you feel at home the minute you walk in and were very attentive the whole time. Belle (Isabelle) worked on my french gel-x and got me the perfect nail shape, she made my vision come to life! She also waxed my eyebrows and was very gentle. Natalie worked on my gel pedicure and was very sweet and got my toes looking nicely tailored for my big trip (we are spending lots of time outside and in the pool so I appreciate it). I hope everyone reading this review. ‼‼ Customer service and caring for clients matter most when a mistake causes pain and discomfort--not just when they smile when you walk in. This is where this salon is not reliable. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this nail salon with the manager Kathy, that I feel compelled to share. After getting a fill, started breaking the very next day--not once, but twice more within just one week. my nails developed mold and extreme pain after few days. Despite this, I believed in giving people a chance to fix their mistakes and kindly texted Kathy with pictures of the damage. She agreed to fix the issue, but the experience was far from professional. When I went in, Kathy completely ignored me the entire time and didn't even acknowledge the problem. Instead, she was singing while working on my nails, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Within two days, my nails broke again. I underwent surgery on November 4 and couldn't do any housework, so blaming me for the damage was completely false and unfair. When I reached out again, she texted me not to come back. I asked her for a recommendation for another technician in her office, but her response was to tell me not to return at all. This experience showed me that customer service truly matters when problems arise. While people might seem friendly on the surface, professionalism is revealed when they are held accountable for their mistakes. The high number of reviews praising the salon for being "nice and friendly" doesn't necessarily reflect quality work or a willingness to take responsibility for their errors. I hope this review helps others be cautious. Don't just trust the number of positive reviews--dig deeper and look for feedback about how the salon handles issues. I regret not doing so myself. The FIRST picture is how she left me at the table and didn't even CLEAN MY NAILS didn't even talk to me. She left the desk, after redoing my nails, so I left with dusty nails! I took the picture in the car right after! Last 2 pictures are nails I had to remove again today and pay for Kathy's unprofessional behavior and work. REPLY TO THE owners COMMENT: I already paid $60 plus a tip for a job done just two days earlier, and no one asked me to pay again. Kathy left me at the desk as I mentioned, ignored us the whole time, and left me with dusty, dirty nails and silently dismissed me. This was unprofessional and unacceptable. Came in to get my powder nails removed and for a regular manicure. Throughout my visit, I was informed again and again to get gel nails because my nails look weak. I told her I want to nails get healthy before I start with gel or powder again. I paid $32 + $4 tip and did NOT receive a full manicure service. My hands were never washed, lotion was applied on top of the unwashed hands, no oil was applied, and a fan was never provided to dry my nails. Although, I was on my headphones, and I can still hear her, she PAUSED MY PHONE after it was complete and basically told me I'm done. I told her I want to let my nails dry, and she said it can take 30 mins to an hour, mind you, they had no customers waiting. I still chose to sat and she gave me my phone and said I can go! I can't tell if it's a language barrier or culture difference but I was so not happy that my nails were ruined because I was not allowed to wait and was not provided a fan to dry my nails. I normally don't write reviews but I went here for the first time to get a pedicure today as walk in and bad experience. The nail tech didn't cut my big toe which would be okay if she explained why, gave me a 4 minute massage when on the menu it's supposed to be 5, and only used one coat of polish! Pink is a sheer tone already so normally other nail salons offer a second layer but she didn't. I don't even know what I did to receive such poor service. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

BEE royally messed up my nails!!! Overall she took over two hours, killed my natural nails underneath my acrylics burnt me with the drill. She messed up several times and hurt me. She even took off the nails she had just put on me after she cut them too short and filed them down too much. My nails overall are completely crooked, not as pictured, still too long and too wide. I am so disappointed. Nails cost way too much to be left this disappointed and unsatisfied. All I'm left to do is go to another nail salon and have them fix them which means I have to pay again. I strongly believe that B has no business in the nail industry. She cannot follow instructions or picture references. I didn't even get a design. I can only imagine how long that would take.
