They ruined it, and came out with a picture of the damage and said it existed before. when I said it most certainly did not. He was already turned around and walking away from me in my driveway saying we're good. I cannot believe the level of disconnect this person displayed from what was happening. Rather than entertaining the possibility that they did something wrong. they came out with lies printed and immediately imply that I am lying. I am kind of dumbfounded by the disrespect. Do not use this company. If you do, at least understand that they can really F*@% your car up, and will do absolutely nothing but make you angry about it. Bottom line is my car is messed up very noticeably so because of damage caused by their installer. I am not even mad about it. I work in a trade and used to do residential work so I know how hard it is and how bad you feel when you do damage. I was called a few days later from the shop stating if I bring my car at that time they could guarntee it would be ready when the shop closed at 5pm (ooook). So I was asked and agreed to come in at 10 am. After sitting and wait for 2hrs and car still sitting in the lot untouched. I inquired with the desk attendant who replied this is why I texted you this morning "that you would have to drop your car off". I said that you asked me to come in early so you start early. The coversstion just went down hill. It was unprofessional. Additionally, i failed to mention that two other customers vehicle were taken in after my arrival. Safelite lets call it wait it racist. Next day I called Browns Glass hoping they could un knot my day. Before I called I began reading the reviews before anyone answered the phone. It was Hannah that answered the phone. Not only did she help me get door out of the fire place but told me this was not the first time they had fixed a fire place door and to bring it in. Once I arrived I walked in without consideration of the current pandemic we are all facing and should had waited out side. Hanna walked right up to me and wasted no time looking at the door she told me then and their that they might not be able to get the frame apart to put new glass in. Then she calls to the back. Not one but 4 men came out to take a look. Then Hannah said agin look we might not be able to fix this we have to charge you now and if we can't fix it we still have to charge you for our time. At that point I figured it was not going to be able to be fixed but the guy looking at it seemed to be motivated by the challenge and then said wouldn't you leave it here for me to take a look at. I willfully walked away. About a week later out of excitement I called to see what the word was. They said the glass had not arrived next day I get a call it's done. On one if the COLDEST DAY'S of 2021 my fire place door was professionally done. Every person working the day I came in gave me there very best and did not disappoint. Hannah made sure I knew what could and couldn't happen 3 times before running my card and then agin afterwards they only charged me half of what was expected.
