Keep in mind, if you are a brand new customer, they may request you pay for the parts over the phone when you give them your verbal authorization to perform the repair. They know who their customer base is. When I was there, a couple of Porsches were on lifts and a number of other Audis, BMW, and Mercedes were parked along the property. None of the cars looked "old". They have complimentary loaner cars (needs to be scheduled out)- I was given the BMW. When I went, the labor rate was in the mid 90s. Overall I'm satisfied with my experience. I think they are a very good alternative to the dealer. Thankfully Bridgewater Volvo was the last dealership I visited. I had a very good experience with my Sales person John and their Tech expert Zach. The team was patient as I test drove many vehicles until I found the right one. The sale was a 2 day process as I had asked that a few items be looked at by the mechanics at the dealership. A few things that impressed me, Volvo offers a 5 year unlimited mile warranty from original date of service on certified pre owned vehicles. Every issue I had was resolved. I had discovered a vibration in the steering wheel during certain braking situations a few days after delivery. I expressed my concern and my Sales person John scheduled an appointment at my convenience, the rotors and brakes were replaced which alleviated the issue. Registration was completed in a timely manner and a check that was owed to me was sent to my home in a timely fashion. I will likely continue to visit them for service as needed.
