A week has past and no response. I had another very bad experience last year with another concrete person and Ramos seemed to follow the same path, so I am backing off. The $3K did not include materials. It is not a big job, and I have done this myself in past homes. As you can see in his response below that he never intended to follow-up yet lead me to believe he would send an estimate and to send him pictures. Unfortunately, they only do the landscape portion, so we hired another company for the deck. They don't do sprinkler systems, either.
