The portion size was huge. Definitely enough for two meals. The meat was also thoroughly seasoned, but a little dry. Not a lot of cheese, which was disappointing. I was looking for the ooey gooey cheesy cheesesteak that I've seen on tv and food shows so many times before. This wasn't it. But it wasn't bad. Be prepared for long lines and long wait times. I really like the pager system he has, which allows you to wait in your car until your food is ready. He also has a variety of toppings including mayo, mustard, ketchup, onions, sweet peppers, mushrooms and more. I'd go back, but next time I would like to try the water ice. I was torn between giving 3 or 4 stars and decided to go with 4 due to the large portion size and taste of the food. I think it makes a difference if you don't have a reference point for Philly cheesesteaks. Without comparing it to what I tried before it was pretty good.
