Every single thing delivered. The brisket had great flavor and was cooked right, the pulled pork was juicy and well-seasoned, and those beef ribs... absolute showstopper. Big, meaty, packed with flavor, and done exactly how you'd want them. Sides were just as solid. The mac and cheese was rich and satisfying, green beans had great flavor, and that bacon-wrapped jalapeño popper + jalapeño cornbread combo? Yeah... ridiculous in the best way. And the smoke -- you can actually taste it. That alone separates them from a lot of spots. The whole experience was on point too.
