After a closet clean-out, my grands decided to pass along some toys they had outgrown. We only took the first few boxes to determine if there was interest. We took a large selection of Roblox action figures, electric building blocks for unicorns using Legos and a few other small things. Everything was like new. They only paid $5 in total for what we sold. It was very disappointing. I realize that they don't buy anything that they have an over-abundance of, or things that aren't in great condition. Brought in some brand new baby equipment and other items to possibly sell and as we were walking in the front door and before we could even make it up to the counter the staff members behind the counter started rudely yelling about which items they will not take, claiming due to recalls etc. All of the other customers shopping in the store went silent and turned to watch the scene unfold. It was embarrassing and so unprofessional. I understand they may not take certain items due to recalls or for whatever reason but they could've waited until we got to the counter to present the items instead of yelling at us from across the store. I'd rather drive to the Gilbert location across town then go back to this store And for the record I looked up the items I brought it (all of which were immaculate/practically brand new with the owner manuals and all) none of them had open recalls. read more

I went here to find some toys for my nephew. I loved how clean, well stocked and organized Kid to Kid was. I found the toys to be in great shape and a good value. I found many of the same toys next door at Goodwill for maybe 50 cents or $1 less but the toys here were in much better shape. read more

Stumbled across this store after reading another Yelp review. To our pleasant surprise the prices were very inexpensive. Much more than another consignment place across the street. Both new and gently used kids clothes and toys but also maternity too! They have a grandparents day as well as a coupon and book discount of the month club. Definitely will be back next month. Not the greatest staff. They talk about others and their customers poorly. Angel, if you're going to talk bad about someone, make sure it's not loud enough for customers to hear. They say they're selective with what they choose yet I've seen many clothes there with stains and pet hair, plus broken straps on items like toys and carriers. As far as buying clothes and toys, this place is great. As far as selling..... not so much. The wait to have them check your stuff is almost always over an hour. If you decide to leave your stuff instead of waiting, you have to come back same day to pick up what they won't take, otherwise they donate it. Now, I'm all for donating to a womens shelter. But I don't trust their process. I brought in a huge box of practically brand new toys, many of which I saw they were selling on the shelf (and mine were in better condition). They called back 3 hours later saying out of the entire box, they were only keeping one pair of shoes. I absolutely don't believe they aren't reselling the toys, and not giving me the credit. I understand that's what I get for not waiting... In the future I will likely try and sell stuff on Facebook marketplace or donate to friends. read more
