While I've already shared this privately with the team, I wanted to leave a little love here too. When my son was born, my husband was unexpectedly laid off. Even though God had bigger plans for us, it was still a tough time financially. Visiting this store always gave me a sense of warmth and comfort. The staff (many of whom are still there, which says so much about how great they are) always greeted me with kindness and patience, especially at checkout when I had my hands full. Prices have always been fair, even on high-retail items like snow gear. And beyond great deals, they truly care about their clients and the planet. Their commitment to sustainability and conscious resale makes shopping here feel even better. Forever grateful for this place and the people in it

I came in to sell clothes and was greeted with just a blank stare like how dare I walk into the store where they work at... Selling wise they really low ball you on clothing and they throw away perfectly good baby clothes in the dumpster around back so if YALL want check it out at the end of the day after they close. I demanded cash instead of store credit after my experience. I showed up at 6:12pm on Sunday minutes after they closed when I saw them putting away the outside strollers I asked I know yall are closed but I was coming to pick up the clothes yall didn't want or atleast my basket that I placed all the items in, the girl said oh once we close we KEEP the items and that really surprised me considering they've stated that they DONT take DONATIONS, but I thought okay that's ok atleast the clothes won't go to waste, I show up the next day to pick up my basket and the cashier doesn't even say anything, I ask her or did yall throw that away. And she just stares and says yea. So I ask well where did you put it I can go get it from the dumpster if they haven't came for the trash yet, another lady says around back I don't think they've came for it yet, & there I find it in the dumpster along with a whole bunch of baby clothes that aren't even a year old or worn for more than a month. As a mom that really broke my heart and was honestly in tears because for one you're dealing with our babies clothes that hold memories and all mommas hope they are going to a new home for more memories, I understand throwing away very outdated and damaged clothes but that was not the case for these, I'm assuming they just have so much inventory that they think it's ok to throw away our babies clothes. Safe to say I'm not going to support this anymore, it really contradicts what they promote themselves to be, if I could've I would've taken all of my baby girls clothes out of the dumpster and taken back the ones they accepted as well because clearly they don't value what we bring to them. They gave me $23 and threw away the whole bag and a half I brought to sell to them. I'm probably going to get a reply just reiterating they're policy for showing up after closing but I don't wanna hear it because it's basic human compassion especially when ur target is MOMS AND THEIR BABIES to be honest and not say oh we KEEP the clothes, no just say you threw away my babies perfectly good clothes in the dumpster so that you don't have clutter & along with the container brought in which is my property so that I can go get it before it's taken to the landfill.

Their clothes are beautiful and high end and perfect for my price range and my lifestyle! It's my favorite store to pick the perfect piece for both a fancy or simple night out! But the customer service is really why I wanted to write a review. I accidentally left a bag of clothes I had just purchased from Dillards in their store and there was no way for them to get in touch with me. The store manager personally walked it back to Dillards where they attempted to refund me but couldn't because I had used a debit card. When I realized the bag was gone, I thought there was no chance I would find it. I called their store and they directed me to finding my bag. Maybe a small thing in some ways, but I was so appreciative.

The parking is hard especially if you are hours of 10 to 5. JACKPOT. It sounds funny, but we got him like a 24 month old to small toddler sized hat here for next to nothing and it fits his hairless head like a glove and you would never know we got it here, until now, of course. The staff was sickly friendly and so helpful. They had great sales and all of their hats (which are fleece lined for the babies) were no more expensive than $4 and since we have been having much cooler weather than usual, it is important to know what options are hanging around out there! I struggled to get into the store with my baby stroller. There were two associates by the door and neither helped me. I didn't even get a greeting when I walked in. The store is jam packed. There's too much merchandise to fit in this location and it's a safety hazard. Not only was it a struggle to get into the door, but I could barely move within the store. I have a standard Graco stroller and I could not turn my stroller. I had to literally push their clothing and store furniture out of my way. Children were sitting on the floor and I couldn't get around them. Clothes are thrown all over the place and the selection is not decent at all. I only purchased an item because I was desperate for it, but that's it. It was my first time in this store and it will be my last. I was unimpressed all around. The associates were not helpful. They didn't even really seem to care about their customers or engaged with us. Maybe other locations are better, but this one in South Park Meadows is not.

Overall great store and I'd pop back in when in the area to snoop around for a good deal.
