This is a cool place and I am going to say probably the best shop for this particular kind if thing for the city after poking around some. It's not quite like the heavier clothing like sweaters and such that come with the shops like this in northern states and that is perfectly understandable as Austin and Texas is pretty warm country all of the time. So you will see some really cool short sleeve button down shirts here for men. There is a good selection of those here. And to stay even more comfortable than that there is a lot of goth or horror inspired t shirts Herr which are cool because the selection is considerable. I got a Secret Oktober t shirt just to have the bragging rights to say I was there after coming home to Washington state along with a very nice wallet with lurid colors on leopard print which I was thrilled to acquire. So yes, this was a really cool stop and I'm glad we made our way here. A lot of these kinds of shops in different cities are in eclectic and quirky neighborhoods or blocks... it's not quite the same here as Secret Oktober is in a typical strip mall area, making it the only cool place worth stepping into.

One fun…read morething I'd never seen before when I came here is there are little computers at each door, and inside the dressing room - you can click a button to call a sales associate outside to let you into the dressing room, and the computer inside lets you search for designs/other sizes to see if they're in stock. They also have a little QR code that you can scan which plays a video on how to know if your bra fit is correct. Very cute! The set up in this shop is also nice, although I will say it is definitely not as big as the VS in Barton creek mall. Nevertheless - the staff were really friendly and helpful here. They had their semi annual sale going on too and were knowledgeable about additional deals to stack. And after we shopped they gave us coupons for use in the spring. Overall - while I don't shop at stores in person much anymore, VS remains one of those places that I get coupons in the mail for, so I periodically go to use them or update a piece or two of my wardrobe. I'm glad this VS location is now an option since I occasionally go to southpark with friends for old time's sake hang outs, and there are still many great options!

I don't mind though--I've found super cute outfits, one of my favorite downtown attires came from this place! The jeans are cheap, ranging from $5.00 - $24.00, I myself own at least (6) pairs and they've lasted me quite a while! I love the pre-assembled outfits hanging from the walls; somehow it gives me a better notion as to what I need to buy when I don't have my shopping buddies. I dig Rue's jewelry too, it's cheap and it works with my outfits--only problem is this location is limited in the accessory section. They also have a decent selection of perfume for a mere $10.00. I checked out with Lorena and had an awful experience, the very first thing she scanned was not on sale and while I told her that the signage on the item said it was but she just repeated several times that it wasn't and pointed turned around her screen to show me as if I didn't understand her the first time. I ran back and took a picture of the signs showing it was on sale and she just continued to be stone face about and said that it wasn't. I wasn't too attached to the shoes anyway so I just told her there's no way I'm buying that at the regular price.
