This seems rather archaic but... whatever. So we paged the manager, waited some more, she keyed it in and it showed $0. The cashier said "that's not possible, I did the exchange myself just a few mins ago?" The manager then proceeds to say it takes 5 mins for funds to load. I point out on the receipt that it was 18 mins ago (lots of waiting in line) and now it "takes 30 mins for gift cards to load". I couldn't stand around another 12 mins hoping it would load as I had already left my family waiting in the car for an eternity. So now I have to go back and do this whole thing again just bc their system is flawed. It's a ridiculous waste of time

We picked out a pre lit Christmas tree, two containers of shatter proof ornaments, and a star for our tree. When going through the checkout there were several people working. We waited for the next available cashier. It was a really short wait probably less than five minutes. The cashier was friendly. We paid and we're on our way. We set up our Christmas tree after our Thanksgiving Dinner. My husband removed the tree from the box piece by piece. He spread out the tree limbs so that it would look more full. Once all of the ornaments and the star were put on the tree it looked really good. I recommend going there to check out the holiday decorations as there is a wide variety of items to choose from.

My master walk-in closet got a facelift thanks to Kathy!…read more It's been 4 months since moving into our new house, and organizing that closet was a task I kept putting off. Kathy was able to do it all in a day. There's no better feeling than actually being able to walk into your closet without having clothes in mounds covering the floor and having everything organized by color and category. I wished I had watched her fold clothes because her technique is amazing and I'm not sure I can fully replicate it. It turned out beautiful, but we were asked to transfer to NY soon after that project competed. Lucky new owners! As we turned our focus from our home to our new, small NY apartment, we reached out to Robin for help once more. We sent her the apartment layout, pictures of a few art pieces we intended to take, and some ideas on furniture styles we like. She and her team did a wonderful job identifying pieces that not only fit the available spaces, took advantage of the surrounding views, and maintained a certain continuity and flow throughout the apartment but, more importantly, met our functional needs as well. The process of identifying pieces, confirming and adjusting them to our feedback, and eventually final selection, was handled seamlessly as we were at the same time working through the logistics of our move, including working with us remotely most of that time. She completed the design, did the ordering, and most importantly arranged delivery and set up in our new apartment ... from 1,700 miles away! Delivery and set up all occurred in one day so had a negligible impact on our work. It was all turn-key -- from laying down rugs, hanging pictures, uncrating and assembling furniture, all the way to cleaning up and hauling away the packaging materials. OH!, and did I mention the pillows? Turns out, you can never have enough pillows. Ask her, she'll tell you. We now have pillows on our couch and bed that, well, just make it feel like home.
