Not only are they a rip off... but the money they give you back is straight robbery. You give nice quality clothes for buy back, and they straight up get away with murder! (Aka they rip you off!) I went I last month 5/11 and bought a bunch of stuff including an umbrella ($5.99 value) for my daughter. It was for her 3rd bday which was yesterday. Well we opened it up and I saw a tear in the material. It looked like a maybe during unpacking it had been cut. We did take the 2 tags that were attached off but I still had them and and you could easily tell it had never been used. So I took it back the next day 6/7. I explained to the girl at the register what had happened. She said she would have to go in the back and talk to the manager. When she walked in the back I had the intention of doing some more shopping but When she returned she immediately changed her demeanor from warm and welcoming to upset and short. She said that usually they don't do returns but they will make an exception this one time. I said thank you and that it had never been used. She then said with a dirty look on her face that I had had it for a long time over a month! I said I don't think so I just bought it, then she looked at my receipt and saw that it was just under a month.... She then explained that it was a final Sale, I said I was unaware because it was a new item. She said it was printed on the receipt, which I had not read ( my bad) I am very thankful that they made an exception for me but the girl that helped me was very rude and made me feel unwelcome. Also after reading the return info on the receipt, (which I will leave a picture of) i felt it was a little vague. Most stores that have things that are final sales have signs near their registers and usually the associate will remind you that you cannot return that item. I have been in there three or four times! Cause let's be honest who doesn't love a good deal... But to be honest for what it is the prices aren't that great, the ladies who work there aren't the friendliest.. And something I've noticed is that they don't clean or wipe down there product before reselling it which really bothers me. When reselling stuff, it's all about presentation they should wipe down everything they put up for sale. We bought some crib mattresses and ended up having to ask for disinfectant spray to see if the items were able to be cleaned up and they were for the most part. I brought them home to see what my hubby thought and he didn't like them so I decided to return them since my hubby didn't think they were expectable and the lady said to me to buy them and if my husband didn't like them to bring them back within 7 days and they will give me my money back. Well when I went to return them the next day with the receipt they said I could return them but only to get back store credit... So that is also a lie, not to mention the chick who returned them was not nice and very rude about me doing so. I'm disappointed, I really wanted to like this place but we won't be going back. read more

They have a great selection! I got tons of baby clothes, a nursing cover, even maternity clothes here. They have a book a month club special and discounts in the dixie direct. The staff are really friendly. So far I've only bought from here so not sure how the experience will be with selling. There was one super cute maternity dress I've had my eye on but it seemed a little expensive for a resale shop. (25$) I think. A few items did seem pricey but just don't buy those and get the stuff thats on sale :) read more

This kid to kid has a much better selection than the Vegas or slc kid to kid. They do a good job. To get the most money for your trade, pair good condition clothing in outfits, don't list stuff them in a bag. Clean toys beforehand. Great store if you are interested in sustainability and reusing walkers, highchairs, strollers etc. read more

I will never do business with these people again. I went in on a Saturday with several nice items that were like new, some of the clothes even still had the tags on them. When I brought my things in to sell one of the head female employee's acted very annoyed and actually rolled her eyes at me. After going through everything, they offered me very little money for the quality of what I brought in and the rude woman employee actually reprimanded me for "bringing in too many items on a Saturday". The funny thing is that it wasn't even that busy and I only brought in a small bag of games and puzzles that had never been played with and a bag of baby clothes. I was shocked in how I was treated as I thought they would be excited to receive such nice items. All of their employee's are somewhat unfriendly and cold but this woman in particular was by far the rudest! I didn't get her name but you'll know who I'm talking about if you go in there. It wasn't my first bad encounter with these people but it will certainly be my last. I would rather donate my unused items to Deseret Industries than ever walk into their store again! read more
