They picked out three shirts OUT OF TWO DIAPER SIZE BOXES INCLUDES 4 PAIRS OF SHOES and gave us $10. I promise you there was a couple pairs of clothes in the boxes that were never worn before! Also more than half of those clothes were not stained or torn etc. Clearly the staff told us to kick rocks and didn't actually want to do their job. Also wouldn't let me return the socks because he wore them once. This is one week within my purchase and I was transparent and had receipts. Each place has their own return policy and that's fine but you don't have to be condescending. Not sure if it was the owner or not, but finding the right fit for growing children is hard and if you're working at carters you should have a little compassion toward moms figuring it out.
