My kids got their haircut this morning and we had a great experience. Jessica was great cutting both of their hair and took her time. Plenty of toys for the kids to play with while getting their hair trimmed and other things to keep them preoccupied. Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for a new spot. read more

My son has been having his hair cut here for about four years and they have done an A-OK job. It is a great setup for a kids haircut place, they have TVs that you can put a movie on for your kid to watch, and they have a Nintendo hooked up so that they can play a video game too. I think this is the only reason that my son doens't pitch a fit abouut getting a hair cut. They have a really nice set up, and the stylists are great with kids. My only complaint is their price, it costs more to get my kids hair cut than it does mine. read more

We took our 15 month old boy in to get his first hair cut today and it was a great experience. The business is a children's boutique and salon - and they have a room for parties and extra curricular activities that we didn't go into. Our son loved the little car that he sat in while getting his hair cut. He was very entertained with the car, the beads and toys he was given, and the TV close by that was playing an Elmo cartoon. We had our choice of many cute commemorative picture frames to choose from. His picture was taken after his hair was cut and it was placed in the frame with a lock of his hair. It's an adorable piece that I will always treasure! Thank you for such a fun experience! read more

Paid $16 for a "haircut and blow dry" as listed on their website and ended up with the stylist Sarah (at the Edwardsville location) wetting my daughters head and cutting it and saying "all done" to my daughter without asking if it looked good. I couldn't tell if I liked it because she didn't even bother to brush it after the cut. Took my daughter home to style it myself and then clearly saw the botch job the lady did. When I called they offered to fix it but the stylist was totally unapologetic and the owner told me that the lady didn't dry my daughter's hair because she was "climbing out of the chair" LIE! She sat still the whole time. I'm disgusted that the stylist Sarah blamed my daughter for her not finishing HER JOB. Horrible customer service. I'm so unhappy I'm gonna pay someone else to fix it somewhere else. This place won't even offer a refund which is a joke. So disappointing. I only gave 1 star because I'm required to to post this review....I guess they get 1 star for the place being cute? But honestly, the customer service I personally received makes that place totally ugly to me :/ read more

We went for our child's first haircut. While the environment looks kid friendly, the "cars" had hair in every crevasse and the interaction was not kid friendly. The woman jerked our kiddo's head around very quickly, didn't try to tell her she was about to spray her head with water, interact with her, or try to make it seem like a fun experience. The employee also made several off putting comments comparing our two children and how shy our child was. At one point asked "do you know how to talk?" As an adult who knew what was going on, if I had someone interacting with me and moving my head as quickly as she was moving our child's I would have reacted very similarly. We were very disappointed and unfortunately, won't be back. We are from Edwardsville and saw they had a location that closed. While we weren't surprised that this location closed based on our experience, it is unfortunate because a well run, child focused (or at least employees with a child centered interaction) business would do very well in a city like Edwardsville. read more
