Went to Kidiverse with my 2yo nephew. The activity areas were a bit dingy, more like 2nd hand daycare equipment. Honestly my nephew had a good time bouncing balls in the "basketball court" and pushing the bicycle ride around. We only spent about an hour and a half at the facility. One of the filthiest and most unwelcoming indoor play grounds. The idea was great and we came first few times everything was decent, but as they were getting busier I guess they either failed to hire more attendants or they don't pay enough for them to care. There's dust layer on the equipment, the dress up section is like a garbage pit, the bathrooms are dirty. It's very very difficult to find someone to assist you once you paid your entrance fees and bought your socks. Also, the attendants don't hear you when you explain you don't need the socks because you've been here many times, they keep pushing you to pay for the socks and ensuring you the socks you have are not the proper ones. After that you won't find any attendant until someone else will show up at the doors, mind you the place is not busy at all, at least during the times we were there. Also, they advised as having cafe, nothing works there so they can't really sell anything and whenever you ask to pay for water or some kids snack the attendants take it as a personal offense. I'm from out of state and wanted to find something for my 2 year old to do that wasn't a huge amusement park. we saw this place the night we got here and I kept mental note of it for later. Pro's: has different areas for different aged kids. Cons: - the staff is SO RUDE. Apparently I'm not the only one who thinks this. They are condescending without a shadow of a doubt. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt but I can't for this one. For a kids place, the first impression is not warm and inviting to children despite its playtoys. Also, the business's response to those other reviews about being rude is "we take safety very seriously. Any rudeness was Ill-intentioned. The concept is right- but this place is filthy and the workers are disinterested in moving about and keeping things in their right place for the next child to have a real place experience- it's 100 degrees outside in Orlando- it would be great to have a place to co e and play with a little one. Where should I start! Kidiverse is beyond amazing BUT what made our experience spectacular was the service, partnership and professionalism that Melissa and Destiny exuded. They made my princess' Unicorn themed party epic. They worked tirelessly and made the process easy and beautiful for us. All the children enjoyed themselves and had a wonderful time at the party, so much so, that they didn't want to leave. I cannot have another party elsewhere, because Melissa made our experience ecstatic. This last time we come and accidentally bring a pair from a different jump place (socks are identical rubber pattern on bottom). They force us to once again purchase new ones for $7. it's very small compared to most soft play facilities we've visited worldwide, but the space is well used. it's just enough to fire the imagination of our 6 year old, and he spent an enjoyable hour and a half playing. no real food - just bags of chips - but there's plenty of eateries nearby. your wristband allows re-entry if you want to leave and come back. read more

I went there for the first time on 2/7/22 with my 16 month toddler, who still prefers to crawl v. walk. We were the first ones there and it was dirty! Two employees at the front desk, no customers, and no one cleaned the night before or before opening doors. They interviewed cleaning staff while we were there and did a walk through, so obviously they are aware of the issue but still open and charge admission when they clearly aren't meeting standards especially in covid era. The place smells like mildew, my child's hands and the socks were black after spending two hours there and only 4 other children. Worst part my child caught a 48 hour stomach bug. Not a great experience. There are limited workers and poor customer service as a result. They require kids AND adults to purchase their socks for entry. The playground structure is nice, but generally everything else is in disrepair. The hockey, shuffle board, and other game tables are broken beyond repair. Their playhouse areas are disorganized. They require adults to buy the grippy socks which are extremely overpriced for literally no reason and charge $11 per extra person and when was questioned on that policy they stated that it was because they didn't want more adults and children in the facility as if anyone over 16 would come to a place called Kidiverse just for fun LMAO In my personal opinion your best bet is to spend your money elsewhere because if you come here you will literally spend $70 and it will not be worth it. There was plenty for them to do from slides to a toddler area and more . We went on a Thursday morning and there were only maybe 2-3 families . Avoid booking any birthday party package there like the plague! My family originally planned to have my one year old niece's birthday party outdoors at a park when the forecast for the day was looking pretty bleak, so we had to change plans. I called up Kidiverse to ask if there was anything we could book for only 6 adults and 2 kids. They offered a private room for $200, excluding everything (socks for everyone, entrance fee for everyone, food and drinks). Only after I booked it and paid did they then call me to tell me about all these additional changes. Oh but they had waived the "service" fee, they said. At that point, it was too close to the party time so I just went with it. What a mistake. The private room was beyond sad and pathetic - balloons looked like they had been there since the fall of the Roman Empire. Dimly-lit room because half of the lights were out. No music or anything fun in the room. And the pizza we purchased separately? They ordered it from Domino's or Little Caesar's and it arrived an hour before we arrived (and before we said would be our start time), and it was unsurprisingly cold and gross. My dad took one bite and that was the first and last bite that any of us took. They don't allow you to bring outside food so that they can get cheap outside food that they turn around and sell you at an up-charge. And no wonder they agreed to "waive" the "service" charge - there was no service at all! And the private room I booked for $200, which excluded everything except the dusty old balloons, they kicked us out of after 1 hour, even though there was literally no rush on their end to do so. Not crowded. Not needed by another party. Not closing time. Just because. When I originally called, the person who answered said it had to be booked a week in advance and couldn't be done, and I really wish that was the end of that. Then I got a call from someone else from Kidiverse offering this to me as to do me a favor. It ended up being a total con that, all in all, cost around $300 for nothing except a sad room and some crappy pizza. I would give this zero stars if I could. 0/10 do NOT recommend! read more
