I bought an Orlando Coffee Pass this month and The Burrow is on the list of participating coffee places. I ordered a decaf Honey Badger iced latte and a Brekky Burrito. Both are delicious. The sandwich has eggs, cheese, potatoes and your choice of meat. I went with bacon, which was a crispy as I hoped. This is a "comfort food" sandwich. My coffee was great, too. Service was very friendly and I love the look of this place. I'm all about interior design and this place hits all the trends that I like. Very boho/art deco/modern and vintage, much like my own home. I'll be back for sure.
This was my second time visiting the burrow, and they're consistently great! Quick service and well crafted drinks. I changed it up a bit and got a matcha, and I'm glad I did because it was refreshing and delicious. The seasonal drinks are always fun, and they put a lot of effort into the details and garnishes that elevate them even further. I didn't even realize there was a playroom in the back, until I saw it through the windows. The fun and noise is contained so you can still have a modern, beautiful coffee experience. There's a large parking lot on the side of the building, considering its location on Mills. Although it's shared, I would guess that the lot is a good indicator of how much space is left inside.
This past weekend was my first time visiting The Burrow. It's located in the Mills 50 area and parking can be challenging. I parked behind the maxillofacial surgery building next door but i'm not sure if that was actually a safe/legal spot to park. It was very busy inside with the line for food/drinks to the door and the play area was filled with families as well. I was meeting a friend for a playdate and we did not realize we had to sign up for a spot in the playroom (first time moms). Thankfully, they allowed us to go in for the last 15 minutes at a discounted rate before they closed for a private party. The play room is big and has lots of obstacles for kiddos of all ages. My little one isn't even crawling yet but it was still nice for him to have some new stuff to roll around on, lol. Once we had to leave the play room we ventured into the cafe area for a drink and some bites. The cafe had a variety of drinks, alcoholic and non alcoholic as well as an appetizing menu. I opted for one of their seasonal drinks, it was a matcha drink with garden in the name. I also got the fancy toast, you can choose two varieties. I got the deviled egg one and one with goat cheese and hot honey. Both were delicious as was my matcha. They were visually pleasing as well! My only complaint is I felt like the pricing was a little high. After tip I spent $30 on a non-alcoholic drink and two pieces of toast that I would not describe as large. I was a little shocked when I saw my total. Don't get me wrong, everything tasted great but gosh, the price hurt a little. Overall we really enjoyed The Burrow and will return. We probably won't plan to eat a full meal there though just because of the price tag. Just drinks and a snack maybe.
I love this place! The interior is super aesthetic, and the staff are always friendly. They have a huge selection of drinks, and the seasonal drinks are always super good. They also do collabs and host pop-ups with specialty drinks, which is definitely something to keep an eye out for. My go-to is usually one of their Blitz drinks, but I enjoy trying the new drinks too. Side note: for a place geared toward kids, it's surprisingly not that loud since the play area in the back helps keep everything separate
Stopped in here on our way to lunch for a coffee. The coffee was good! Staff were very friendly. Loved the atmosphere! Lots of seating. We got our coffee to go, so we didn't really see all the way inside, but looks like a great place to bring kids. We were kid free today though, and enjoyed it.
The vibe is the best! It's classy, post modern, and fun. It could be the cleanest establishment I've ever been in. The service was amazing! They're so nice and friendly! You feel like you belong from the moment you walk in. Parking is easy, they have a shared lot with a lot of additional parking close by. The coffee... oh man. The coffee is so good. I'm a bit of a snob for coffee. I like coffee that doesn't have that burnt bean flavor, looking at you Starbucks, and The Burrow delivers! Great specials and great coffee!
Still awesome! I tried to use an expired coupon and they hooked me up anyhow! The space remains a great place to do work and also I brought my nephew here and he friggin LOVED it. Titi gets points for LIFE! The coffee is great AND they celebrate Pride Month and even have a special drink. Love love love this place!
Super cute new coffee shop on Mills 50. Very unique concept, it's a coffee shop/cafe but also has a play are for children. You can pay $10 to have your kids play for an hour in the play place! It looked very clean and well set up. They have a great coffee selection of signature drinks and basic coffee. They have some small bites and some fresh pressed juices as well. It appears they have some cocktail selections as well, they have a bar too for seating and I saw some bottles there for cocktails but didn't investigate that menu too much. Will have to come back to try it! Great location and definitely a great place to take your small kids to play. I could also see myself getting some work done here, the tables looked very nice and it was a relaxing ambiance!
The Burrow has become one of my favorite local coffee spots. A lot of my fellow Childless Millennials have been scared away by the "play" part of the name, but I always tell them, if I didn't know about the concept I would not have even realized there was a play area here. They've done really well at keeping that area well sound-proof and tucked away so that the adults can have peace in the cafe area. I think it's a fun concept! I usually go for the signature honey badger latte even though I'm usually an Americano gal. I also really love the pastries and like to try something new each time. The staff is always friendly, patient with questions, and knowledgable. A great spot for a quick stop or to hang out and get some work done while staying caffeinated.
This place is bright, clean looking with plenty of sitting available. We tried the turkey croissant and bagel sandwich with vegan sausage. Both were excellent. The bagel is a slow rise bagel that was so soft I could have eaten two! Lots of outlets to plug in your phone or computer. There is a back inside area for the kids to play. I was surprised that it wasn't as noisy as I thought it would be with the kids play area but they did a good job to minimize the noise volume. The coffee is the Lineage brand.
Updating my review now that my son has gotten to play in the play area several times, and they've made some additions to their menu. We absolutely love The Burrow and so does our kid! This has been the perfect place for playdates with friends and giving our son space to freely roam and explore. He's just starting to walk and is a VERY busy boy, so we love coming here to allow him to get some energy out and make new friends. The play area is super clean and well kept. The staff & play attendants are always so friendly and patient. Even the other parents we have met have been so kind, courteous, and respectful. I haven't had any issues booking a time slot online within a day or sometimes even the day of ($15/hr/child). You only have to complete the waiver before your first visit making all future bookings quick and easy. They welcome kids ages 6 months to 8 years old. When you check in, the staff offers to take your order for any coffee/cafe items you'd like. They'll bring them straight to you in the Party Room where you can sit and enjoy while still keeping an eye on your little ones. They also recently added some breakfast items to their menu and we tried their new topped toasts which you can mix & match (2 for $15). We ordered the Devilish (added bacon) and He's a Fungi (mushroom) toasts which are very tasty. I also ordered an iced lavender matcha latte followed by their seasonal hot apple chai-der -- DELISH!
This is such a phenomenal concept! The food and beverages were great. Service was friendly and quick despite how busy they were. I LOVE that you walk in and feel like you're in a coffee shop, yet there is a large kids play area that is well managed. Every little bit they ask everyone to leave the play area so it can be cleaned .. brilliant! They have a small room to host birthday parties. The vibe is so fun. Modern and plenty of seating to sit and work but also minimalistic to a degree. The burrito portion was a bit small but came with a delicious side salad. And for breakfast it's just enough! I flew in from out of town with my 19 month old and we headed straight here from the airport. About a 20 minute drive. Great place for the little one to stretch their legs and run while mom and dad can also fuel themselves. They have their own parking as well! It's a must stop for me.
First experience at the Burrow this am. I loved that I could make a reservation and not have to be billed for the time until we were there. Food, service and play area were excellent. They even take your order and bring it to you in back play seating area. That was unexpected but brilliant so that parents can keep their eyes on kiddos. I would arrive early and get kid registered so that right at your reservation time you can walk in and get full hour. Only downside I saw is that there were definitely more than 15 kids in the room-I know it was a holiday but I do think it made the experience more overwhelming than it should have been. We will be back. Will also be interested in looking into their membership!

this was the sweetest spot for a playdate for my four year old son. the staff made things run seamlessly and there was so much to do - whether climbing into a cozy cave, sliding down a "grassy" hill, or playing make believe dress up with their many choices of costumes. this was the most whimsical afternoon spent with my son. even better - they have a cafe right outside where you can order drinks and food for yourself, special kid themed drinks, and they also offer special events and classes like mommy and me yoga! if you are a mama in the orlando area - this is a great place to meet for you and your girls, and your kiddos. read more
Such a great little business and one that moms will really appreciate! It gives kids a safe, indoor space to play, explore, and interact with other children. There's soft play for babies, dress-up and other activities for older kids, so there's something for a range of ages. They also offer food and drinks, which makes it easy to settle in and stay awhile. You could easily spend a couple of hours here with your little ones. They get to have fun and burn some energy, while you get the peace of mind knowing they're playing in a safe environment. Such a great concept! read more
Five stars for our favorite indoor play space. My daughter enjoys visiting the Burrow Cafe. We have been coming here as a family or on a mommy and me play dates since before my daughter began walking. Whether you're a crawler or a walker, this area is a safe and fun space for your little one. Staff is incredibly friendly, we love seeing the same faces during every visit. The food is delicious; however, I am so sad the toasts aren't on the menu anymore. Please bring it back! My husband and I even visited during an evening to enjoy mom and dad's night out. They carry a wide variety of beverages, foods, and snacks on their menu. The space is well maintained and clean. A parent will always appreciate that. The play sessions start at every hour on the clock and they spend the last 5 minutes to clean and sanitize. I haven't had the opportunity to work from here just yet. But I see many individuals pop in all cozied up at a table with their books and laptops. I imagine it being a great area to work from. I do want to note that it's a bit noisy, what can I say, is parents and our kids can turn it up a notch lol. My friend and I had planned to get match drinks at a place nearby, but then the parking attendant convinced us to come here instead for matcha, and it couldn't have been a better decision. The inside is so adorable, it feels like you've been whisked away to some little shop in Asia somewhere, a different world. They have a lot of yummy drink options along with the matcha, like fruity red bull drinks, s'mores latte and others. There's a small bar you can sit at that was about to have a wine tasting event. It was very busy when we went, with plenty of people sitting and doing work or chatting. It's a great space to hang out, and will be back for the matcha! read more

First time coming here. Originally saw there was Kopari Activation free gift with drink purchase but it was sold out by the time we got there. Still a great experience though as I'd always wanted to stop by. It was earth day so they had a bunch of fun activities for customers including a bouquet station! Even though kopari was sold out, the barista still offered the themed pistachio vanilla latte to me which was really yummy! My mom got the honey badger which she loved! We decided to try their toast as well and I'm already dreaming about getting again. We had the avo toast and the little piggy! It was delicious. I loved the atmosphere too and everything was very clean! After walking to the bathroom, I noticed there was a Photo Booth that my mom and I had a great time using! I love being able to pick between b&w and color! Overall 10/10 and I can't wait to be back! read more

I was excited to try this place out finally for this first time. I met a friend there on a Sunday so I anticipated it being busy. This location is in the Mills 50 district and there is a parking lot available. I was happy to find a spot. We were able to tuck into a booth despite how bustling it was this day. This is a fast casual spot where you order at the counter and they cal you up to pick your drink. Immediately, I love that topped toasts are becoming more popular and even though I didn't order any this time around, I will be coming back to try them again. I ordered an almond croissant and the honey badger signature drink (it's one of my favorite coffee name drinks for obvious reasons IYKYK). I have to say, I loved the hints of vanilla and honey in the drink and it was perfect drinking temperature. Happy to add a new coffee spot to read at! read more

I was really looking forward to trying this place and I'm happy to say my experience with my kid was amazing. We'll definitely be coming back! The playroom felt safe and clean. The play attendant did a great job making sure kids were walking, being kind to one another, and staying safe, which I really appreciated. I also love that there are puzzles, books, and other activities for kids who aren't in the playroom. The food and drinks were great overall. I ordered the breakfast burrito and it was delicious!! Prices for most items felt reasonable, but I do think a few things are overpriced. For example, I don't think an applesauce pouch should cost $4. The only other downside for me was parking. It can be a hassle and a bit difficult to find a spot. I personally wouldn't come here to work on personal tasks since it's noisy and there's a lot of movement going on. If you're planning to visit, I'd suggest booking in advance to make sure your kid has a spot. read more

The Burrow cafe and play was one of the coffee shops that was a part of the coffee crawl experience. The service was excellent they were patient with explaining the drinks and telling how you could enhance the drinks. I had the apple pie latte, if you're a sweet tooth girly like I am this may not be the drink for you unless you ask for it to be extra sweet. I liked that you could taste a little bit of the apple so there's a plus. Now if your parent this is a great cafe spot for you, they have a mini playground inside the shop so your child could have fun while you're sipping on your coffee relaxing. read more

Super cute coffee shop. I had to go to work so didn't get to stay and enjoy the adorable atmosphere inside. Great concept where there's a play area for kids/families and also quiet space for those to do work. Barista was super sweet and helpful. I have the coffee crawl discount and used that here. Can't wait to come back. There's some pastry food options but didn't try yet. read more

I visited The Burrow Cafe and Play not too long ago to try one of their matcha lattes. At first glance, this cute cafe and play spot is just a well-designed space that not only appeals to the adult eye but also accommodates the little ones for moments of play. It is quite spacious with a good amount of seating and space for the little ones to play. It is so spacious, I barely noticed that the kiddos were off to the back corner just enjoying their playtime while mom (or dad) enjoyed their beverage (& or snack). It's such a great concept, and I am happy Orlando is embracing more of these multifaceted spaces. While I didn't get any food items, as noted, I did try one of the matchas. I ended up customizing my order to a lavender matcha latte, and they were very accommodating with the customization of my order. Side Note: The staff in general were just the absolute sweetest. Service was speedy, and the price points were so reasonable I took a double-take to be sure my eyes were not deceiving me. In this economy, any small financial win is truly a WIN, especially if you have multiple mouths to feed. The matcha itself was just okay - nothing to brag home about, but overall, I enjoyed my very first experience there. I am looking forward to returning and trying more of their menu as well as bringing along my little niece so she can have some playtime. Overall, great first experience. Looking forward to seeing how this restaurant grows with the community. read more

Food was AMAZING. Highly recommend getting a sourdough bagel and this croissant sandwich. The baristas were beyond nice and one of the owners as well. The inside is so calm and very much study worthy. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Found the coolest place to have a play date with my little while I can enjoy a coffee or Cocktail! This place is esthetically beautiful and well planned out for the littles. We checked in for our playtime ( you can make a reservation by going on Instagram and clicking their link for availability). Playtime is about 55 mins for $15.00. Once you've completed the waiver , there are cubbies to place your shoes inside. I recommend regular socks or barefoot as gripping socks are not play friendly on the turf. You can also order food and baked goods like muffins, croissants and pastries which are then brought to the table sitting area inside the play area. We ordered a honey badger latte for mommy and a babycinno ( steam milk with honey and you can choose a flavor syrup ) for my little which she loved and 2 chocolate croissants. The croissants were deliciously sweet and paired well with our drinks. 5 stars ! While inside the play area, my little one enjoyed playing with the other kids ranging from 15 months to 5 years old. The sweet sound of children's laughter filled the room while the mommy's engaged in conversation or even playtime with the kiddos. There are plenty of seats inside or table and chair area in another room where you have full view of the play area. Staff is so friendly and engage with parents and supervise the littles which was awesome. I also loved that they clean the play area prior to the next playtime slot. Loved this new space! Public playspace for those with littles but also tucked away in the friendly working atmosphere of a good community coffee location. There's also a separate room for those that don't want to hear children as much, which was full of people doing various forms of work. Came here on a Sunday morning and it was the perfect spot for a chill day. This spot is super cute and decorated with lots of Halloween decor. I ordered the Honey Badger and it was really good! It was just the right amount of sweetness and delicious. Lots of people had their laptops and were working. Staff were super nice and friendly. Great spot to grab coffee! read more

I was very impressed with everything about this place and will 100% be back. The inside was very clean. The kids area even had staff inside wiping things down occasionally. The decor was cozy and chic. Very well setup. There were lot of great drink options, both coffee and wine/beer. There were also fun snacks and drinks for the kiddos as well. I thought it was great that I could have a glass of wine while I watched my child play. The kids' area is small but had plenty to do to keep my son entertained. I loved the natural outdoorsy feel to everything. Staff were all very friendly and helpful! They made me feel warm and welcome. It's a unique indoor space and indoor play area concept for kids, plus a great hangout or work space for adults. read more

A nice code shop that offers a playing space for children between the age of 6 months to 8 years old. The cafe offers food, teas, and coffee. Along with board games for the table. The play space can be reserved and is $15 per children. The room has attendees to watch the kids, but there is seating available inside so you can ve closer to your kids. I'd return to keep the kids cool, especially during this hot summer heat. read more
