When our son turned 6 months old, we needed to start taking him to daycare. We live in Denton, and…read moredid some research on local places. Although there are two daycares quite close to our house, they either didn't have good reviews or had poor state ratings. We became interested in the Krum CDO because they had strong state ratings, and after touring and talking with the director Laury, we decided to try it. Laury was a great initial contact person and she understood how we were feeling and answered all of our many questions. The Krum CDO has a been a wonderful place for our baby. Sadly, we're moving, and won't be able to continue attending, but I wanted to take the time to thank everyone for their amazing care. If we weren't moving, we'd never leave this place. We got to know the staff in both the infant and toddler rooms, and the teachers are unfailingly attentive, patient, helpful, instructive, fun and, above all, loving and kind. Knowing that our son is happy to be there and gets not only to interact with other kids but also with experienced and knowledgeable teachers has made this transition so much easier. We feel totally confident in and deeply grateful for the care he's received. They've helped us troubleshoot health questions and taught him things like blowing kisses and waving bye. The staff is always willing to chat about any issues and are always so careful with the little guys and gals attending. When we arrive at the CDO, our baby begins wiggling in his carseat and looking around to see who's there. It's hard to leave him but it's also great knowing that he's so content and well cared for. Thanks to everyone for the job you do. We can't say thanks enough. We'll miss you all and be wishing you all the best.

Lala and her staff LOVE their jobs and LOVE the babies in their care. She is so hopeful with guidance for bottles, food, development literally everything. It's hard to leave your babies in someone else's care but Lala and Coco make it easier. They always greet the babies with love and excitement and you can tell that they truly love the babies. If you're looking for a place that will sleep train your baby, feed them home cooked meals everyday, bathe them, exercise them, develop them, get them in a routine, and love them then this is the best you will find! Also, she has birthday parties, photo shoots, lots of crafts and keepsakes from the babies. Plus an instagram page that constantly keeps you up to date on all of the cute things they're up to everyday. We were lucky to get in twice with the long waiting list that Lala's has. Thank you Lala and Coco for taking such great care of our baby girls!

I've been communicating with the daycare for a month if not longer and when I finally go up there to get a tour they deny be because THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY STAFF IN THE FRONT. the day before I called they had no appointments and openings all day for me to choose from. They messed up now all the sudden they have no appointments nothing to offer and someone else is going to be there at 1030. LIES. I sat outside waiting for this fake 10:30 appointment. They threatened to call the police on me just for trying to ask questions the lady ANGELA OR ANGIE didn't even let me talk or say anything. As a person of color you know when someone doesn't want to deal with you because of the way you look and I definitely felt this vibe with Angie. It's just really unfortunate because I thought this place would be the perfect place to have my daughter start her early days of learning and they were so disappointing. The truth is I sat outside from 10:05 to 10:18 calling their office and ringing the door bell without anyone coming to help me or answer the phone and when Angie finally decided to come outside she decided to lie and say she doesn't have time for me. I would never take my child to a place that doesn't even have respect for adults. Imagine how they treat your children behind your back! Disgusting people.

His teacher quit and no one notified me of this change until I complained about the change in the quality of care. The final straw for me was when his teacher, a replacement that I'm not sure is qualified to be around small children, suggested my son has autism because she was having problems with him at school. Instead of trying to come up with a plan to fix his behavior, you diagnose him? I am not satisfied and would not recommend this place to anyone.
