She asked me to supply larger bottles, which I was happy to do if we needed to. The next morning I told the person in the baby room that I hadn't pumped extra the previous day since I didn't know they were requesting more, but said I would add another pumping session to provide more if I needed to in the future. I also questioned why we needed more though, since most days they weren't even giving my daughter all 3 bottles I provided (which to me signaled she was satisfied with only the 2). She then gave my husband a sheet that afternoon about how much formula a baby needs, even though my baby is on breast milk. She didn't seem to be at all knowledgeable about breastfeeding or breast milk and how it differed from formula and had no interest in receiving information about it from me. (Breastfed babies generally do smaller feedings but eat more frequently compared to formula babies and breastfed babies only take about 1-1.25 oz of milk per hour from 1 month on.) She also requested that I have my daughter's pediatrician confirm her weight was ok, which again I was happy to comply with if it would help diffuse the situation. But even though I said I would get more milk if I needed to and said I had scheduled a weight check with her pediatrician to show she was perfectly healthy, she just kept pushing harder and harder which made me uncomfortable. To me, the issue should have been dropped once I said I would get more milk if needed and that I had an appointment with her pediatrician. I just asked a few questions trying to understand the situation and Mary escalated the situation beyond repair. It just wasn't making sense to me that they were saying my daughter was still hungry but yet they were sending home a full bottle with my husband most days and constantly telling how sweet and happy she was. So, best case Mary was simply ignorant of the differences in breast milk and formula and wanted larger bottles because that is what she is used to seeing and just has no interest in learning the difference. Worst case, she genuinely thought my daughter was still hungry but chose not to even give her all of the milk I had provided. The way things were handled was completely unprofessional and out of line. I think the real issue here is communication. This situation just escalated far too quickly. It all could have been avoided if things were handled better, because I really don't think the situation needed to escalate the way it did. I hate that this didn't work out for us, but when you trust someone to care for your child, there really needs to be open, two-way communication for it to work. Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be possible here. *Note, I previously gave a 2 star rating on their Facebook page along with this exact review. However, they have since disabled the reviews on their page so that all previous reviews are hidden. That seems sketchy to me that they would hide all reviews so that other parents and potential clients will not see my experience. I would like any parents considering their facility to be able to see my experience and make their own decision. And as additional info, both when I took my child to her pediatrician during this situation about 4 weeks ago and at her 4 month well baby check yesterday, her pediatrician was 100% happy with her health and has zero concerns. We have also continued the exact same feeding schedule we asked Little Lambs to follow and have had no issues or concerns from the new facility (Kids Connection!). Added just to provide detail to confirm her milk intake was and is clearly adequate as verified multiple times by her pediatrician.

Mukwonago YMCA's fall-off needs to be studied. In recent years, they have drastically increased…read moretheir monthly subscription costs, but what improvements are members getting after these sharp pricing increases? The answer... nothing, the same things we always had, it just costs way more a month. In recent years, they've added a few more machines in the fitness center, but they are machines no one asked for, and you find almost no one using them. Just a waste of space, when they could actually invest in high-quality equipment that people will actually use. Along with this point, if a fitness machine is broken, it will take weeks, minimum, but most likely months to fix, which is just ridiculous. Besides the fitness center, if you want to go down to the gym, play basketball, play catch, etc. YOU CAN'T EVEN DO THAT, because they ALWAYS have events reserved for the gyms, so you can never actually use the gym for what it's intended for. The events they host after 4 pm on weekdays are just ridiculous. It's a class where only like max three people show up, or they put a volleyball net up in the middle of the gym, and no one even uses it, but if you want to use that gym for something else, you can't because it's reserved. Like, if you are going to sharply increase your monthly prices, at least improve the service. This place has become a ripoff in recent years; if they actually had good competition in this area, I bet a lot of people would leave.

This review is for the fitness services and a comparison between YMCA. I have not utilized…read moreeverything so my comparison and review is for those areas. With that being said, I've been a member of a few other fitness and athletic clubs. Is it fair to compare this to those clubs? It really so compared to other Y this is a nice one and completely different from the Y in Waukesha. The track is twice the size as the track in Waukesha which means 9 laps for a mile. The cardio center is twice the size also. The weight training area is large and really never crowded. I came in mid-day and it was pretty busy. The aquatic center is the crown jewel for the area Y's and is just like the pool area in Oconomowoc. It has a small water park area for the kids. Kettle balls, steps, bands, free weights, four racks for squats, plenty of free weights and benches, dumb bells, locker rooms, trainers , classes and many other health benefits. Compared to Anytime Fitness , yes it is more expensive but if you utilize this for a family then you can't beat the price. The sports is good for younger kids and as an intro. The staff is friendly and helpful and all very nice. It isn't open 24 hours but I don't need that. I'm just looking for a place to work out and provide all the various tools to do so. The only negative from what I was told by another member is the lack of parking.

We Paid $7,597 for a Nanny Who Lied, Damaged Our Property, and Was Gone in a Week…read more Service: Full-Time Nanny/ House Manager Placement Fee Paid: $7,597 Placement Duration: 1 week Date: July 2025 This was my second time working with Olive You Nanny Milwaukee. The first time, it took them over three months to find a nanny -- far too long. I had to hire someone on my own just to return to school. Since I'd already paid a $500 deposit, I gave them a second chance after that nanny left for school herself. That's how we ended up here. We paid the full $7,597 fee. Within one week, the nanny they placed damaged our property and lied about it. We confirmed it on security footage and let her go immediately. The agency admitted the nanny didn't meet their own standards and promised to make things right. Instead of a refund, they offered two more candidates -- one ghosted us, and the other wanted a rate above our stated budget. We found a nanny on our own (again) and asked for a fair 80% refund. They refused -- offering just $3,000 only if we signed a non-disparagement agreement to keep quiet about our experience. They tried to buy my silence. Which makes you wonder -- how many other families have they silenced this way? Bottom Line: We paid nearly $8,000 for one week of broken trust, property damage, and zero accountability. Their "guarantee" doesn't offer real protection -- just more candidates, regardless of quality. Would I recommend them? No. Twice they failed us, and when given the chance to do the right thing, they chose legal loopholes and hush money. Cost vs. Value: $7,597 for one week of chaos and a gag offer. Families deserve better.
