The technician that did my annual service tuneup on my generator this year (the company that…read moreinstalled it two years ago did the first tuneup last year) was impressively professional, explained everything he did, (and did more than the other company did on last year's tuneup) had the dedication to thoroughly pay attention to every detail, was super efficient, plus did an improvement on the original product which will be beneficial for years to come, (and I've run out of superlatives and time to type more) and all of this for a much less expensive price than I paid a year ago with the original company. I wish I would have known about this company when I had my generator installed two years ago! I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a generator and I'm recommending them to friends pondering a generator and those who may need an annual tuneup. I'm more than satisfied with this company and wish I could give them six or seven stars!

No repairs were performed and I was ultimately told that the AC was operating normally, without a solution to the temperature difference I had called about. I understand paying for diagnostic time, but $300 for this visit felt very expensive, and I wish the additional charges had been clearer when I scheduled. Update: I appreciate the business owner commenting on their charge process. The technician specifically noted charging me for 45 minutes, and I have an email time stamped 45 minutes after he started work. Also, none of the paperwork notes that the initial charge includes 30 minutes of time, which further emphasizes my point about transparency. Update: Update: I previously listed the wrong dollar amounts, so I am correcting them after reviewing my invoice. I was charged $149 for the diagnostic visit plus $130 for an additional 45 minutes of labor, for a total of $292.95 with tax. After the business stated that the technician spent approximately 75 minutes diagnosing my AC, I requested their timestamped records. Their records show that at 12:38 PM I signed their Customer Acknowledgement stating that "all work has been completed," and my invoice was emailed at 12:40 PM. However, they are counting time through 12:51 PM toward the 75-minute visit based on their tracking system. I disputed the additional labor charge and requested a refund. The company refused and offered only a credit toward future service, which I declined. My concern is not that diagnostic work costs money. My concern is being charged for diagnostic labor that I do not believe is supported by the company's own records.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We needed our riding lawn mower repaired so we asked someone to…read morecome out and take a look. At first we didn't think anyone would be home and they told us to just leave the mower out and they'd fix it. REMEMBER THIS, they would have had to call us eventually to tell us it was repaired or ask what was wrong in the first place. My grandparents were the only ones home so they answered when the technician arrived. They are from another country, English is not their first language. They tried their best to explain what was wrong but didn't get the message across, my mother was at work but was available to call and translate for the technician but he REFUSED. My grandma ended up calling her herself and held the phone up to explain what was wrong, (the mower wouldn't start) a back and forth argument ensued about how my grandparents told him one thing and my mom was telling him another. And eventually he ended up spraying starting fluid and charging $120 for it and leaving. My mother later decided to text the company and let them know their technician was extremely rude and unprofessional about the entire situation. Just know if you are a US citizen that speaks English as a second language YOU ARE NOT A VALUED CUSTOMER HERE. We offered a way to remediate the situation and you refused and argued, that's on you not us. Do better. In the texts he mentions we should have been onsite and that they can't do the job if they can't communicate with us, yet they tell us to leave the mower outside when nobody is home? That doesn't add up, which do you want? If anyone takes the time to read this just know I'm not making this review because my feelings were hurt, I'm making this review because people deserve to know the kind of service they're paying for. This company's lack of professionalism, blatant disregard for customer communication, and discriminatory attitude toward non-native English speakers is unacceptable. Businesses that operate with such poor standards and hostility toward their customers should not be rewarded with your hard-earned money. Take your business elsewhere--somewhere that values all customers equally and treats them with the respect they deserve.
