I have my two kids at the Monroe location. Both my boys love coming to school and run inside and my little one makes sure he stops and says hi to every teacher especially the cook that he walks by. My older son teacher is amazing with the kids, they always have new exciting activities going on. She makes sure she follows through with the children and some of my son's misbehavers have improved because of her. My younger sons teacher has my 21 month old already in underwear and going potty (which he won't do for me). Would recommend this school to all my friends! read more

3 thursdays in a row I had to pick up my 2 year old because he tries to go outside and play on sunny day with only 10 children in the class and just came home with the exact same diaper on with blisters around his genitalia and his bottom so bad he can't walk. We have been going here since about May for our pre-schooler. Let me rephrase that, extremely shy, difficult to adjust and very particular pre-schooler. I will tell you i was VERY hesitant over daycare, thinking it would not be an enriching environment but i will tell you that my opinion has changed! The care givers teach and prepare the pre-schoolers for kindergarden and they (in my opinion) handle difficult children very well. There have been some times that i have either dropped off, or picked up and there was a situation with a child being difficult. I watched the care givers immediately remove the child from the others and give stern but encouraging discipline. I was very impressed with how they handled it. In the case of my daughter, well - they all know her and they accomidate her qwerks very well. She is a VERY picky eater, so the teachers keep a stash of crackers for her if she balks at the food. They got her to try tomato soup though, we were overjoyed! She is VERY attached to her current care giver Margarita (who is amazing by the way) and so they are slowly introducing her to the next level class to help her adjust in the transition. Knowing that my daughter doesn't adjust well in the mornings when Margarita isn't there, i've seen Patty take her under her wing as her assistant giving everyone breakfast. My daughter really loves it there and she talks about the staff and the other children constantly. She has grown so much since being there that i can't be thankful enough for helping to bring her out of her shell. It is very difficult as a parent to leave your child with people that are either strangers or are not known very well. That isn't the case here, everyone there is my daughters friend. Avoid like the plague. My experience here resulted in not one but three investigations into this daycare. Please check with the State before you put your children here. Their licenser has noted problems with medication storage and use and non-compliance with food regulations. They only changed my niece twice in a 10 hour day. We have the take home reports to prove it. If I could upload the daily reports I would. They are unsigned, and demonstrate a lack of care for children. They also demonstrate non-use of medications for a diaper rash, which 5 physicians and a registered nurse recommended. Her rash only went away after removal from this daycare. Children come home with unexplained bruising, bite marks, displaying all characteristics of physical, cognitive, emotional, and psychosocial abuse. I see this daily in children who still attend this daycare and are in my daughters class and school. I do not even have to name this daycare, but the community immediately names this daycare after i explain my experience. PS. this Mike who calls me out is fake. The teachers are nice, the director not so much she's not in the family business she's not understanding at all and she's never available to talk to you I was late with one payment she left a massage threatened me to send me to collections late one day!!!! Clean place but you can feel the tension between employees and the director she's not a nice person. read more

I had a amazing experience here, I actually worked here and I loved it but I have a condition and had to quit, but it was the best job I ever had it opened my eyes and gave me a better understanding of kids and how they develop. Pati was an amazing boss very understanding and very kind and fun to be around but gets down to business when she needs too, I would say my favorite thing about working here was getting to spend time with kids, seeing them open up to me and everything was warming to the heart and Kenzie was amazing too, very sweet and good with the kids. If I could work again I would definitely chose here to work. Thank you for helping me find my importance of the world and being good role models for not only the kids but for me. I had put my child here out of desperation, I needed to go back to work and had no other options and it was a HUGE mistake, my child of 9 mos was given cholocate without knowing if he was allergic, he came home with a rash all over his body, I still don't know why, since we later found out that he was not allergic to cholocate, however he got pink eye shortly after getting there, he was bit twice the last day he was there he got bit in the face, I was soooo mad. I just think the poor kid was so stressed out about being there with to many inconsistancy with people watching the kids thoughout the day, it was just bad all around. Trust your instincts, if you have a bad feeling about it, don't do it, you'll save yourself a lot of heartache. Btw he was only there for 2 months. read more

I was both an employee and a parent there in 2014. Worst place you could possibly take your children. From either perspective. Abuse of kids and employees. I was once told to make the kids cry so they would go to sleep. Kitchen was disgusting. Children weren't consistently changed according to regulation. My youngest came home with open blisters on her bottom from not being changed for over 5 hours despite me warning them that her bottom was very sensitive and her poop was highly acidic. I was forced to go into work with hand, foot and mouth disease AND strep. Other kids came down with the same illnesses. Teachers were regularly yelled at, and breaks were few and far between. I quit because I couldn't keep my mouth shut any longer and I reported them to DEL. read more

Being a first time parent is stressful, but then finding the perfect daycare for your child is worse because u don't know how well they're going to be cared for or if it's an enriching environment. By the second day I knew I found a special place. The lady behind the counter remembered me and my son when we walked in and I had only met her once, then the woman who cares for the infants in the mornings is so caring, attentive and kind that I felt like I needed to write this review. (Review made two days into my sons stay, so unfortunately I don't know everyone's names yet.) Today my son came home with a potted plant with his footprints attached to Popsicle sticks around the plant; it is the first gift I have received from my son who is 12 weeks old needless to say it almost made me cry. I was skeptical at first, but now my mind can be put to ease. read more

This could be a good daycare, but its very unorganized, MOST employees are not happy, mostly mistreated by higher ups. I won't sit here and say all the bad things I personally think is wrong with the place, just wanted to review this facility because of their lack of, I am now switching daycares. I hope that the good teachers there move on to better jobs where they will get the respect they deserve! read more

My three-year-old twins love this place! The staff is all very friendly and helpful and I love it there's cameras throughout the whole facility that are monitored all the time by the director Tammy. My kids are always well taken care of and always have a ton of fun when they're there it's good to know that they're taking care of when I'm at work one less worry on a mom! read more

Our 18month olds have been going here since December and we are more than satisfied with the experience. The care our kids have recieved has been wonderful and we have truly seen them grow and learn a ton over the past months. We obviously have our favorite care givers(as some are beyond expectation) but for the most part they are all good. I will agree with Danielle that our kids have been sick constantly this season, but I'm not sure anything else could be expected, especially when your kids are in the mix with others all day, everyday. I will disagree with the diaper changing comment however, as our kids get at least 5 changes a day - all recorded, documented and presented on their "report card" at the end fo the day. No reason to have diaper rash at all if you are treating it correctly to begin with. Security is top notch with key card entry and fingerprint sign in/out as well. For the price we pay and the service/learning/socialization/playtime/meals/etc our kids get, it truly can't be beat. read more
