Its a parrrrrtay!!! Okay Yelp Fam... Can I let you in on a secret.... I am NOT the biggest fan of these jumpy places, but this one... this one.... this one! Is great for my toddler!!! Other jumpy places have big kids that tend to push the little kids around, but this place has a section just for little ones where you can see them and won't be too far. Location: This tomball location is in a super busy parking lot. It is so busy I couldn't tell if we were coming or going. I guess the foot traffic is good for business and marketing, but it made me a bit nervous until I walked in. Parking: Because it is in a bustling shopping center, just know that parking may be a battle. We lucked up and got a front spot. Service: The front desk staff was very nice. However, the processes... Recommendation to all who plan on going, fill out the waiver ahead of time. The iPads were doing something wonky and it took a bit of time to do it in person. Ambiance: This place has a small jumpy obstacle course for little kids, a larger one for big kids, a sled slide for toddlers, and a space themed club that my little one adored. Well thought out for sure. There was even a baby crawling around. Another reason why I dont generally fancy these places is because it is usually packed, but on a Saturday afternoon, this is one was not. What a shocker that I dare not complain about...it put my mind at ease, which allowed my little one to have the full Kids Empire Experience. I may be back, just not to this location. We were happy to find an indoor playground especially for the hot summer months. The staff here is always polite and helpful and the location is always clean. Our child enjoys it so much we opted to have their birthday party here. They have two birthday packages (food, no food) that makes it really easy on the parents. Party packages come with decorations, drinks and invitations. Ellis was very helpful in getting us signed up for the party and was very informative. Highly recommended location. read more

My friend wanted to meet up here to let the kids play. It's located in the old BuyBuy baby plaza next to World Market . When I came in, all the employees were up front talking to their friends. They all seemed very rude and wouldn't even move out of the way of the credit card machine. We asked them to open the door and they acted annoyed. We were then told that all of us (even parents) had to take their shoes off. You have to put them in a bin and bring it to the table with you. Nice enough place for kids to play, but will never be back because of the rude employees. read more

We stopped in with our daughter tonight and she had an absolute blast!! At first i was worried she would be limited due to her age (2yo), but their toddler section was a hit as well as the dance area! Definitely an easy and safe establishment to bring your kiddos to get rid of some energy. I love the fact that you can pay for the entire day leave and then come back. Why 4 stars? Because our son probably never would have left if it was up to him. --- --- --- I had been to another Kids Empire location and had a very good experience, so I'm not sure what took us so long to try this one out. It's about 40 minutes away from our house, but sadly, we drive that kind of distance on a pretty regular basis these days. I guess another thing that kept us away was the 2-star rating. I scanned some of the recent reviews and it seems like rude employees was the main gripe from others. That seems more like bad luck of the draw to me than a consistent issue. For our visit, the employees were totally fine/standard. No one was winning employee of the month, but there also wasn't anything negative about the experience. As for the business itself, my son was in heaven. He walked away from me and disappeared deep into the play area. The only thing I didn't love is that they have this tall cylinder area where there are ropes running criss-cross, that I think are *meant* to be climbed up. But there were some older kids just throwing themselves down this kamikazee style. I was bracing every time it happened and I am not a paranoid person, but that looks like a broken neck waiting to happen. I instructed my son to stay away, but I think they should not allow this. I guess if I have one other small piece of feedback, it would be nice to have the camera video wall here like they have at other indoor playgrounds, just because it's hard to keep track of your kid. But I never felt like he would be unsafe, except in that one crazy part. Everything was super clean and there's plenty for the kids to do, so we will definitely be back. read more

I was very enthusiastic upon entering this place for a kids bday party b/c I usually dread these places. The difference here was that it was #1- new & clean & #2- not overcrowded. Every person who enters has to sign a liability waiver. They will not let you enter with shoes on, which I really liked because it keeps the floors clean everywhere. There are only two sections for the kids, one is for toddlers and the other is for the bigger kids. The party time lasted 3 hours and they gave my friend picnic benches that could be decorated and they allow helium balloons. They also include pizza and cake as part of the party package. If a play card is purchased, there are a couple of games and there is a mini raceway inside the larger play area that kids can take turns riding motorcycles. They was also a neon dance room that had florescent paint on the walls and there are tiny plastic motorcycle for smaller children to ride around the entire place. The staff was very friendly and the party host was very attentive. I would definitely bring my kids back if the service stays that way and they keep it clean. I was pleasantly surprised to find clean bathrooms as well, which is rare in these places. My only complaint and what kept me from giving them 5 stars is: In the small raceway area with mini motorbikes, they should have a monitor. Some kids were running into the area and I actually saw a couple of them get hit. Luckily no one was seriously injured, but it's an accident waiting to happen. Unfortunately, some parents were not paying attention and there were very small children that myself and other parents had to take out for safety reasons. read more

They had everything we wanted; food, ice cream, life sized Legos, Kiddie Dance Club, Kid-Sized Bumper Cars, Climbing Gym and more. I love how NOT overwhelming everything was. This is a beautiful indoor playground for kids. It's colorful, clean and spacious. The only reason why I'm giving it 3 star is because customer service is POOR. The employees don't greet or smile at you at all. They all look like they hate their (very simple) job. Whoever is the manager of this branch clearly needs to call for an employee training to teach good customer service. read more

This is an awesome place to bring your kids to. My children has a blast here. They enjoyed the car racing ($1 each 3 rounds) the little small plastic balls that they can throw around. The staff was pretty chill back and great. Not sure if there is a rule about bringing food in but yes you can bring your food in which safe a bunch of money. The only problem i saw is the parents letting their kids come even though they are sick. but the staff did a good job at constantly sterilizing and disinfecting. The customer service is horrible the women in the register had such a horrible attitude. She even called the cops on one of the customers like what the in the world when it was them being rude to them. The manager here needs to train the staff better. They need to do better such an easy job to have such attitude towards others. They start kicking you out way before closing time. Please just go else where. read more

This place is great! My son has a blast here! He loves the ball pit and giant legos. The staff are great. Taylor the manager always make sure that everyone gets taken care of. My only drawback is that people still bring their kids in while they're sick, but the staff does a good job of staying on top of cleaning and disinfecting and everyone is very friendly. read more
