They have wi-fi for adults to sit with their phones, and an area in the back for only toddlers and bathrooms. No shoes inside, so bring socks or you'll have to buy them. And you can hold parties here, a 3hr time for the various packages/days, so you can definitely hold a birthday or two here. A small room with sound, and chairs - enough seating for around 10-13 kids comfortably, and they handle drinks, and food, etc., too. Also some toys upfront if you want to buy those.

Many had never been to the gym and explained that they were going to either look into joining the gym or having a party their because of this experience. Well done and thank you! They had drove an hour away because we had discovered a cafe catering to our young children. I made reservations to book 6 slots for us at the time we were meeting. To my surprise, when we arrived, we were told that we had to leave because there was a birthday party scheduled for that time. I wasn't happy about this. I expressed to that staff that I know this is beyond their control and ask to speak to a manager and gave them my number expecting to receive a call. Sadly, I never heard from them. I understand mistakes happen. This situation should be an opportunity for the company to fix the issue that caused the double booking. However, on other review sites I've seen that this issue has happened before. Also, although I did receive an email a few hours before my reservation telling me about the cancelation, I feel that the business did not adequately attempt to alert me of this mistake. A phone call and text would have been appreciated. Furthermore, the business owner refused to speak to me. The tech problem is an issue that they should fix immediately. However, the bigger issue is the lack of respect they have for their clients. There was no acknowledgement of how we were inconvenienced and how this made for a not so ideal first impression. There were other places we had in mind but all of those business had functional online systems that accurately notes that they were full. We we lucky enough to find a wonderful place in Lyndhurst that accepted us with open arms and in our opinion had a better set up. I hope that The Little Play Cafe can learn from this experience and do better to serve their clients.

It also got very crowded with leagues after 7pm on a Friday, to a point where you couldn't even walk through to leave or use the bathroom without stepping on people's bags. They only had 3 sizes of adult balls available without purchasing one, so not as kid friendly as I'd expect either. Some staff were super friendly and helpful when the younger kid's gutter ball got stuck here and there. Others at the front desk not so much, even making faces showing impatience about minor mistakes while figuring out shoe sizes/asking for assistance. I will not be returning but it was an attempt at staying and supporting local.

After getting suited up we watched a brief intro video and off we went into the tunnel. Had a blast! We had two runs where we flew up the tunnel a bit. During the runs the instructor would hand signal you tips. After our runs the instructor demonstrates their skills in the tunnel. Fireeeee Great instructors who are knowledgeable and share helpful tips to better improve your skills. Sure it's pricey but it's an experience you won't forget.
