We visited for the first time today, and overall we had a great experience. The space felt very clean and well-maintained. I was a little worried it might feel crowded or messy since it's an indoor playground, but it was surprisingly spacious and comfortable for the kids to run around and play. There were a variety of play areas, so my child didn't get bored and stayed engaged the entire time. The staff were also friendly and helpful, which made the visit even more pleasant. The good: This is a great indoor kids play space for kids to climb and run around. There was plenty of parking. I came on a Monday so it wasn't crowded at all. There's an area for toddlers/infants (kids in diapers) and an area for bigger kids. There were tons of climbable areas. They sell snacks. They have a fun dragon mascot. There's a faux gras area in the climbing complex that seems popular for some ball kicking/soccer. The bad: Outside food isn't allowed. I wish they had more food options that weren't just snacks. They don't have a private room for parties. If you book the space for birthdays then you just get reserved tables. The interesting: You cannot see the front from the parking lot where Google takes you but you'll see the gym. It's next to the gym. This time around wasn't a well experience upon our arrivals we had some Mexican chips for our autistic son and was told no outside food or drinks from a male supervisor. Lots of seating for the adults with a good view of the kid's play areas. You cannot bring outside food or drink except water. The equipment needs some updating and one of the elastic band towers (in the picture) feels downright unsafe... But the kids really had fun.
