Every single staff member at the hall had their responsibility and they took care of us 100% and provided top notch service. If someone dropped food or spilled a drink they cleaned it up right away. My head is spinning because I'm thinking I have a place for a party, I have food, I have a dj, I have flowers, I have a photo booth, I have a desert table now I have nothing. It's now 3 months before the party and the week after mother's day. That's why I booked a year in advance. She then tells me she has graciously refunded everyone's money who asked for it. We run events on time and people expect to eat at a certain time. They did not have the courtesy to even let me know they were on the way. What a horrible experience and I have already disputed the charge because they still haven't responded to any messages I sent. I definitely do NOT recommend.
