They were very patient with my daughter when she wanted to try the rock wall. My only gripe is that I made the mistake of not buying the pass and ended up paying more than I could have. The facility doesn't require grip socks, and they don't even sell them on-site. Grip socks are important in indoor playgrounds because the floors and play structures can become slippery, increasing the risk of slips and falls. Implementing a grip sock policy would be a simple way to help keep kids safer. My son still enjoys coming here, but after so many years, I hope the owners invest in updating the facility and improving safety standards.

Our eldest comes back once in a while to see her old team mates and to practice with her coaches. The coaches are very open with communicating with us and truly care about their students. There were some changes made in the gym with viewing but since the beginning, team viewing was always limited as to give all the parents a chance to view their kids during practice because of limited sitting prior to the expansion. Also, as previous athlete, we all know, parents can be distracting at times so I do think limited viewing is not a big deal. As a mom, I am also 100% in support of having the changing areas away from the hallway. I believe this was a great move that the girls have their own isolated area away where they can change and get ready without parents and strangers waiting on them after class. All in all, as a parent, a team sport only works if you as a parent, are willing to work well with the coaches and your kids. Majestic is amazing, we have made great friends out here!

I arrived at 3:20 just to be told they won't be available until 4pm. I am a single mother of two that has to work , therefore my time is limited.
