I won't be back! I waited to make this review until I had been to her pediatrician. I took my 21 month old daughter on 7/7. I chose this one over the one we usually go to (west la) because my mom was getting a procedure done at cedars and I needed to be close when she was ready to go home. When I walked in at around 2:30 and the staff was nice. Checked in and dropped my bag in the cubby. My daughter who is obsessed with balls wanted to go in the ball pit first. So we did that. She was playing with the balls for quite some time when I noticed that a couple of the balls she was playing with had black dirt on them. I took her out immediately and headed somewhere else to have her play. Mind you, this place has nowhere for infants/new walkers to play safely away from bigger kids. There was a baby sitting in the middle of the floor, couldn't be more than 8-9 months, playing with a walker toy while kids ran around her. Fast forward Wednesday 7/8 comes and she has a full on rash on both her arms, legs and her butt. I took her to her pediatrician because it wouldn't go away and they said it was a viral infection. I saw that the owner had said they clean all day every day but at least while I was there the only "cleaning" I saw done was picking up the ball pit balls and putting them back. No sweeping, no mopping, no wiping down anything. Just sitting at the desk. If I was you I'd opt for the west LA / Brentwood location. They not only have a crawler/new walker area, but their parking is free and they were clean! read more

Brought the kids to this indoor play ground to get active on a rainy day and Ball N Bounce did not disappoint. The kids had a wonderful and was able to appropriately expel all there "zoomies". The playground has numerous slides and a vast obstacle course for the kids to run around and explore. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Be sure to bring socks or be prepared to pay for some. The place is clean and so fun for little ones. My kid could've spent the entire day there. There are membership perks which do not apply to walk ins. Like being able to leave and come back in the afternoon. You can bring food and have lunch out front on the balcony. The entrance to the parking structure is easy to miss at first glance and the facility is on the highest floor. Aside from the minor learning curve (all things aforementioned) my kid had a BLAST. She could be there all day easily. Might be birthday party worthy. They also give you a balloon and a hat and there are plush bean bags to rest on for the adults. We went back to Ball N Bounce this month, and this time Leo B. was the birthday boy. It was an expensive birthday party for a pre-schooler, but it was easy and fun and worth every penny. I've been in Korea for work a lot lately, and flew home from a particularly packed trip on the morning of his fourth birthday. We wanted to host a party for him the next day and couldn't plan anything even remotely involved when I was in another country and Matt B. was spending all his waking hours bouncing between work and kids. Thankfully, we had the foresight to book a two-hour party on the Ball N Bounce website a month in advance. If you're thinking about doing this, do not procrastinate. There are only two slots a day, and they fill up fast. We'd been hoping to do a morning party, from ten until noon, but both the Saturday and Sunday mornings were already booked. We settled for the Saturday afternoon slot, from three to five, and this ended up working out nicely. The kids ate, but we didn't need a full meal for the parents, who did happily drink the alcohol. Ball N Bounce provides a great enclosed space with tons of play equipment as well as a separate area for food and drink. They also do themed decorations (we picked a construction theme) and provide place settings for the children. We brought our own cake, snacks, and beverages, and ordered Domino's when we got there. We also threw together our own party favors, though you can buy them as part of your package. We just didn't think anyone wanted $10 Ball N Bounce branded backpacks. The staff was fantastic. There were four people working the party, and they ran it so well we barely had to do anything. They helped us unload our stuff and set it all up, taking our Goldfish, Capri-Suns, Chardonnay, etc. and making it look nice and orderly. They paid attention to the time so we didn't forget to corral all the frolicking four-year-olds for the birthday song and cake. We ended up hosting eighteen kids and their attendant parents, which put us just under the maximum of twenty before we started getting charged for extra guests. The bill was a staggering $1,800, an even two grand once we tipped the staff. I gather that all these indoor playgrounds are kind of pricey, but Ball N Bounce might be at the higher end of the range. That said, it's also one of the nicest, and we were very pleased with the venue and the service we received. We have many more birthdays in our future and are pretty likely to book this place again. It was easy for us, relaxing for the other parents, and all the kids had a wonderful time. read more

My 3 year old loves playing here! It's a great spot for us since we have a baby as well. It's not too big (so kids can stay in your eye line) while still having a lot to do. They sell a great variety of snacks. The parking structure is very hard to see from Beverly, you have to turn into the FedEx lot and then you can see a little ramp on your left (go down for underground parking). This place is great!! Went there with my best friend and her 3 boys (6, 4 and 2 years old) and not only did they all have a ball but so did I!! I'm a 40 year woman and by bestie was busy trying to get work done so I played with the kids from the ball pit, to the swings to the walls they can climb to the claw machine where they can pick up slime and fun stuff like that. We played all kinds of fun games and I literally had so much fun with my little nephews. Adults are free and the cost for the kids is ALL day so if you're up for it you can really get your money worth! I really got the most perfect opportunity to bond with the little guys and we left being the bestest of friends even tho they live so far away and I rarely get quality time with them like that! Just got home from my son's 4th bday here and I have to say I LOVE this place! We have hosted our son's birthday party here twice and both times the staff have been absolutely wonderful! Negar was also fantastic to work with, in planning all my desired details for the party. We had 30 kids and 40 adults, very comfortably accommodated everyone (could have fit more). I just had my daughter's 4th birthday here, and I have to say this was the best birthday I have ever had! The owner, Simon, truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went well. I originally had booked a date in June, but then had to change it, and Simon very pleasantly accommodated me. The decorations were beautiful and Simon's staff truly made sure it was a smooth and hassle free experience. When I arrived, the staff came down to my car with Dollie's and helped me take everything up. They helped me with setting everything up. I had forgotten my chip bowl and utensil holder, and they provided me with both. They had a fridge to keep my drinks cool and they did a great job during cake time with music and cutting/handing out the cake. They helped me clean at the end of the party and loaded my car up. I got the package with included goody bags, and the kids absolutely loved the hats/backpacks with the ball n bounce logos. I can't wait to have my other daughter's birthday here! This place is hands down the best place to bring your young kids. It's clean more importantly and we even noticed the employees wiping down the toys after the birthday party. When dealing with little kids I'm sure it can be real tough to maintain a clean environment but they really go out of their way here. Management is also very responsive. We had our toddlers birthday here and they pretty much handle it all A to Z here. It's probably the best play gym my kids have all been to and I highly recommend. Overall it's super convenient too as there is parking located just below and easy in n out with elevator access. read more

We threw a birthday party for our 5 year old after several friends suggested BallNBounce. Best decision we made. Bobby was very helpful and professional. Everyone had an amazing time. It's a large space with plenty of different sections for the kids to roam around and play. Literally all the parents asked us for more information because they wanted to have their kids parties there also. So far 3 different parents had their kids parties here since we had ours. I forgot to mention the place is completely clean, literally spotless. The staff is onsite cleaning during the party! Very clean bathrooms, clean changing stations for the kids. Plenty of parking in the building available. The kids just love the rock climbing wall, the indoor soccer field, and the virtual sandbox. I seriously do not have 1 single complaint. So far we have brought our 2 year old here several times while our 5 year old is in school and she loves it. So you don't have to go just for birthdays. We went to BnB on New Year's Eve for the first time and it was amazing. We went with 4 kids that had too much energy due to not being able to play outside because of the rain. The kids had a blast and didn't want to leave. They loved the diversity in activities from state of the art sand trays, soccer, rock climbing, swings, and slides...to reading books, art corners, and areas where mom and dad could just sit back and watch the kiddos play.
