Well, after being turned away from Cherry-pick I went back to that review and realized that the lady in the profile pic is the lady who answered the door...the review was made by the owner of this store. So not only is the owner turning away customers, she is dogging other businesses and promoting her store on their yelp pages. Definitely not the kind of person I want to be giving any of my money to.. No where on the website, instagram, or yelp page does it say that this store is by appointment only. I drove 40 mins to get to this store, if there weren't other amazing thrifts in the area this would've been a huge waste of my time. Do not go here.

They get bonus points for being well staffed - having enough staff to give 1:1 help to customers even during the holiday rush. Recently the business owner responded to my review saying that this isn't the level of service they expect to offer... The fact that it took 10 years for them to respond to a yelp review is incredibly funny, but very in par with the service, or lack thereof, I had received in person. Ultimately they are a small business and I wish them all the best, but I just don't see them doing anything to address their pattern of bad service nor the theft of my jeans, which they've never apologized for nor offered to make right.
