When I was driving out at the toll machine I was already trapped by a car behind me :( I paid and left... That being said.. As you walk in, looks like it's supposed to be a higher end warehouse shoe store. All the products look great, but the customer service... I tried asking for assistance, but it was hard to find someone and when I did, I felt like I was slightly disturbing their day. At check out, the person there seemed quite dismissive especially when I didn't want to sign up for a member or give any points away. As I finished the sale, I was trying to find my parking receipt and just said out loud my thoughts of, where is my parking ticket, with out even looking up, they said in quite a dismissive way and shaking their head, ' it was the first thing I handed back to you.' There was one person there who was friendly, but it did not equal the rest of my interactions. The products there are fine. Prices seemed reasonable. There was a nice selection, the store looked nice, but the personal experience there... well... when I first walked in and looked around, my expectations were high, but in reality not the best.

That would maybe make sense if there weren't multiple employees visibly walking around in pain sight with the blue necklace, on their phones, doing go-backs, or just standing around instead of helping check customers out. Clearly, staff was there. The 4 they had aren't being used properly. Long lines, poor communication, and zero urgency to help customers. This isn't a staffing issue, it's a management issue. Completely unacceptable for a busy store Not my first experience in the store.

They even added roses to represent Pasadena. The way the shoes and gear is lined up doesn't make you feel overwhelmed with trying to look for the type of shoes you want. There's a guy name Rei and he's super helpful. He definitely knows what he's talking about when it comes to shoes. I will definitely be coming back here for all my sneaker needs.
