Located in a strip mall off Potranco, parking was super easy.. especially for a 7am appointment lol Office was clean and modern...practice has been around for 5 years. The entire staff was fabulous! Tori was my hygienist and she was awesome. Kind, patient, caring, empathetic... she truly cared and wanted to make sure I was comfortable. She explained everything she was doing and always inquired if I had any questions or to let her know if I was uncomfortable. Bite x-rays were taken with a handheld x- ray gun and cleaning started with a sonic water machine, prior to manual cleaning with instruments. Love how technology has really stepped up these past few years. Met Dr. Brandon for my teeth exam. Very nice and professional. All these years of never having any dental issues or cavities... I succumbed to my first issue. After careful examination, a crack in one of my molars was diagnosed. A two appointment process was scheduled for application of a temporary crown , then three weeks after the final permanent crown. Crowns made are outsourced. Received my estimate at the front desk and all future appointments were made. Not looking forward to a crown, but I feel confident this experience is going to be ok. And received a little baggy containing a free toothbrush, and sample toothpaste with floss. Yay!!! My last dentist didn't offer that at all. Story to be continued......

Richland Hills was able to get me scheduled in about a week. Great experience. Cynthia (might be Christa) handled all of my paperwork and my Dentist was Dr. Dylan Carey DDS. Cynthia knocked out my X-rays and Dr Carey was very good at explaining what he was doing and what he found. Identified a small cavity and able to schedule an appointment 2 days later. With the cavity filling, didn't feel a thing and was as pleasant as could be when getting a filling. The cleaning experience was amazing with Jackie Garcia, RDH. The way she communicates with what she was doing, positive attitude, informative, and the way she handled my teeth was awesome. Great team and great atmosphere. Comfortable making this my new primary Dental group!

The office is rather new, just a couple of years old, and always tidy. Their waiting room is somewhat small, but there's a TV, a Keurig, and bottled water. Oh, and a fish tank. Their dental suites appear state-of-the-art, but what do I know. X-rays are taken in the rooms, and displayed on their widescreen monitors. The doctors do an excellent job of explaining any issues you may have, and how they can be treated. There are no pressure-tactic sales, either. I've been a patient here for over 2 years and it's always a pleasure. Well, not a "pleasure" per se, I mean it is a dental clinic -- but it's a pleasure in as much as a dental visit can be a pleasure. Plan your appointments in advance because they're a busy office and it can potentially take some time to get an appointment.

We had a very disappointing experience with Bexar Orthodontists and Pediatric Dentists. When my…read moreson's braces were removed, we repeatedly expressed concerns that his overbite was still too pronounced, but the orthodontist assured us everything looked fine. We also felt our concerns were dismissed rather than carefully evaluated. During that visit, the orthodontist commented that my son has "luscious lips" and explained that the shape of his lips made his overbite appear more pronounced. We found that comment unprofessional and felt it distracted from addressing our legitimate concerns. After spending more than $5,000 on orthodontic treatment, it was frustrating to return less than a year later and be told that his overbite had become excessive and that he might need braces again. The orthodontist attributed the change to him not wearing his retainers after they were misplaced for about two months. However, this was the very same concern we had raised before his braces were removed, and at that time we were told everything looked fine. To make matters worse, I was charged a $100 missed appointment fee for an appointment I never confirmed. While I understand offices have cancellation policies and I will pay the fee, we were never made aware of this policy despite being patients for more than two years. Overall, this experience has left us with very little confidence in the care we received. We have decided to take our family's dental and orthodontic care elsewhere and cannot recommend this practice based on our experience.
