I also attached a picture with my teeth before my first set of braces with Dr. Brandon. He corrected one k9 but failed to correct #11. Failed to correct second time. I've had braces done twice with Dr. Brandon to correct my teeth. Fast forward to now, my tooth (#11) still does NOT align with the rest of my teeth properly. I've since been seen by two other doctors who both refused to do any composite bonding or additional work because they stated this issue should have been corrected during the time I had braces/ he needs to be the one to correct the issue. Especially after going through treatment twice with Dr. Brandon. On May 20th, I went in for an evaluation and X-rays. Instead of taking accountability or offering to correct the issue, Dr. Brandon referred me out. I spoke with one of the locations I was referred to, explained my situation and they stated Dr. Brandon should be the one correcting this since it should have been addressed during my original treatments and they feel he's brushing me off. Very disappointing experience after spending years trusting him with my teeth. On top of all this speaking with Maricela Macumba was frustrating. She is rude, dismissive, and lacks basic customer service skills. It's honestly embarrassing that Dr. Brandon has someone like this representing his office and handling patients. After spending years and money with Dr. Brandon. I expected professionalism, accountability and respect. Not attitude and being brushed off. Instead of "Five Star Family Dental". I would have to give it a One Star.

Located in a strip mall off Potranco, parking was super easy.. especially for a 7am appointment lol Office was clean and modern...practice has been around for 5 years. The entire staff was fabulous! Tori was my hygienist and she was awesome. Kind, patient, caring, empathetic... she truly cared and wanted to make sure I was comfortable. She explained everything she was doing and always inquired if I had any questions or to let her know if I was uncomfortable. Bite x-rays were taken with a handheld x- ray gun and cleaning started with a sonic water machine, prior to manual cleaning with instruments. Love how technology has really stepped up these past few years. Met Dr. Brandon for my teeth exam. Very nice and professional. All these years of never having any dental issues or cavities... I succumbed to my first issue. After careful examination, a crack in one of my molars was diagnosed. A two appointment process was scheduled for application of a temporary crown , then three weeks after the final permanent crown. Crowns made are outsourced. Received my estimate at the front desk and all future appointments were made. Not looking forward to a crown, but I feel confident this experience is going to be ok. And received a little baggy containing a free toothbrush, and sample toothpaste with floss. Yay!!! My last dentist didn't offer that at all. Story to be continued......

Richland Hills was able to get me scheduled in about a week. Great experience. Cynthia (might be Christa) handled all of my paperwork and my Dentist was Dr. Dylan Carey DDS. Cynthia knocked out my X-rays and Dr Carey was very good at explaining what he was doing and what he found. Identified a small cavity and able to schedule an appointment 2 days later. With the cavity filling, didn't feel a thing and was as pleasant as could be when getting a filling. The cleaning experience was amazing with Jackie Garcia, RDH. The way she communicates with what she was doing, positive attitude, informative, and the way she handled my teeth was awesome. Great team and great atmosphere. Comfortable making this my new primary Dental group!

The most recent…read morework they've done in my teeth has only caused me more pain, when i bring these concerns to them they tell me "theres nothin wrong" turns out they didn't fully seal my cavity twice and did my fillings wrong so I had to continue to return and have free work done to correct their mistakes. Some doctors are rough when handling you, my recent doctor forcefully broke several strings of floss in my teeth after i was asking her to stop due to it being painful. This was a result of the bad fillings she did. Ive also had a horrible time scheduling with them lately, they tell me i'm on the schedule and give me a appt card with time and day, i come in, no appt scheduled. They fail to provide important info for future appts and receptionists have little patience.
