I can't say more positive things about this practice. Very nice staff, decorated in a Tommy Bahama-ish theme. Cool kid prizes in the trunk of a vintage bug. Our hygienist Tiffany was very sweet, took time to build rapport, education on dental care, AND she even gave me advice to rid my baby of her pacifier. This is the stuff I LOVE, the extra mile is so important, and even more so with kids. This is the only cleaning my son didn't cry...this is HUGE for me. It typically is a fight to get a kid to be still during a cleaning. Dr. Sheridan Bunch...she lives up to her name. She gave a bunch of her time. Did fluoride treatments, gave more invaluable dental advice and she even referred us to a good adult dentist, Dr. Bill Robbins. Looking forward to seeing him in the future. :D I felt so special when we walked out and there was a welcome sign for August and Esmé. Then the T-shirts...it was so sweet I may have gotten diabetes if I stayed any longer! LOL! If you need a good pediatric dentist please give them a shout. Everything about the office is great. The staff is so friendly and Dr. Rex is so thorough when discussing procedures and observations during my son's visits. For the kids, his waiting room has plenty to occupy them although we've never waited more than 5 minutes for an appt. The exam rooms are equipped with flat screens and movies so my kids barely notice they are getting a dental exam. I would highly recommend giving Dr. Rex a visit! read more

Dear Parents, I saw the great reviews on Wildey and like you, ecstatic that my son would benefit from the spectacular services. Eager enough, I contacted them via their website server with questions and was contacted 5 days after by their staff to schedule an appointment (they did not answers any of my questions from my initial contact). What Happened? The Office Assistant, Bianca was kind and prompt to schedule me for an appointment and took all of my insurance details. I SPECIFICALLY asked about "when will the insurance be verified" as I wanted to know prehand any co-pays and out of pocket expenses for our first visit. This is normal for any parent who visits a doctor to have a base understanding of the total costs. The Office Assistant, Bianca, did confirm to me that the office would verify my insurance and contact me in return. Did this happen, no. I received a courtesy call one day prior to the appointment confirming our attendance. Again, I asked that if my insurance had been verified and they stated that every 1st of the month, insurances are verified. It happen to be the 30th and my appointment on the 1st. On the 1st (day of appointment), I was contacted that my insurance was not being accepted as an HMO. My Ask? I clearly asked the office they clarify these details as I initially made my appointment to avoid waiting 3 week for an appointment. Bianca, who was genuinely apologetic heard my frustration. I asked to speak with the Manger who happened to be Jennette. Again, I clearly asked that my insurance be verified in advance as a NEW PATIENT because I lost 1) time and 2) my own PTO from work. I expressed that Dr. Wildey would expect me to show up the appointment and therefore, I would expect that they verify my insurance as a FIRST time patient to help me identify if it was accepted, the cost of my visit, and out of pocket expenses. I don't understand inaccuracy's for first time patients especially when it comes to simple details such insurance verification. I would not trust their billing after this incident considering how inaccurate their processes are. What did I loose? I lost time and vacation time bc I specifically pre-planned my visit to Wildley Dentistry. Jennette, Manager could be as apologetic, but the reality is they dropped the ball. Not even my own personal and child's doctors staff handle my insurance in this manner. What do I need to do? I need to do my job and contact the insurance myself and identify that the provider I selected qualifies. Thanks Wildley Dentistry, you did not fail to teach me a lesson. read more

I came in for a 2nd opinion on my daughter's treatment plan. I appreciate the paperwork is all filled out online before you get there. Front office staff was friendly and greeted us right away. When we were taken back the assistant asked a few more questions to understand our situation. Dr. Wildey walked in and he was a straight shooter, very up front about what he can do and not do and having realistic expectations. I like the fact he was not judging me because my daughter has multiple cavities. He took the time to talk to my daughter and get her comfortable. Our previous dentist never did that or offered us different treatment options, porcelain vs. stainless steel crown. Overall it was a pleasant experience and my daughter left happy, which is what Dr. Wildey wants all his patients to be have a good experience and not be terrified of the Dentist.They also offer in-house anesthesiologist, so your not having to travel to another facility. read more

Spent quite a bit of money to fix my son's teeth and the caps and spacers came out. His crowns don't match the rest of the teeth as well. I accepted the substandard work and chose to find someone who knows what they are doing. Then I found out my insurance paid more than what they quoted and some how the office is coming at me with "extra" charges even though they told me my balance was paid the day of treatment. I have called and emailed trying to get more information and they basically blew me off and told me I could look at the charges, but couldn't give me an explanation. Great place! read more

Today I had to bring my two-year-old in for her first check up, and I was very impressed with this pediatric dentist office. The waiting room was so welcoming for her, plenty of stuff to do and see. But to top it all off the doctor and all the staff are so friendly, that my daughter did not have as much trouble as I thought she would. Just a little bit of tears and that was all. Most of all, she loved her special prize she got to take home for being a good girl. She has been playing with it all day and telling everyone that she went to the dentist. Took my two daughters here after a few years at another pediatric dentist. The difference was night and day!! The hygienist Tiffany was so nice and great with my girls made the cleaning really easy! Dr Bunch was great and also very friendly. They have tvs on the ceilings in the exam rooms and an old arcade game in the lobby. They definitely cater to the kids. My daughter is actually excited to go to this dentist. The waiting room has a VW bus with a tv in it; the children can play, which leads them to relax. The hygienists and Dr. Wildey are very professional and kind. The equipment is modern and there are many toys, ceiling mounted tv's, and cool surf boards to distract kids during their visit. Dr. Wildey and his staff are WONDERFUL! The hygienist team - angels sent straight from heaven! We have worked with a couple of different ones over the course of our last two visits with our two boys and they are so good with kids!!
