Our son went to Copperfield Preschool since he was 3 years old; today he graduated and moved forward to the kindergarten. In all that time he learned the sense of life in society (outside of home and family circle), he started to sing (he is a superhero - and in his opinion the superheroes just fight, they have no time for sensitive jobs :) - he improved the language and did a lot of specific worksheets, daily. All over, he had a great time and we, as parents, are happy to see him walking in the life with good models besides, speaking of teachers. The preschool is kept always clean and children are safe. That said we went for a visit and during this visit of the operation we asked if they would have an opening in two months, she opened her book and said no issue. She guaranteed we would, so we put down our deposit for a spot no issues. We call a month later and check and the story changes to "hmmm not sure and we don't guarantee spots". So we start looking and find a place thankfully but two month after the "guaranteed date" they email saying they have an opening. To me this was just a cash grab and easy money for them to promise x and deliver y. We requested our money back and explained our case and they just repeat that they said no refunds when we signed. I explained without the verbal guarantees of the owner we would not have. So beware of fake and fraudulent promises before you pay. I don't like how they do business.

Ms. Kelly leads the kids with a confidence and leadership that I admired in her and she was always quick to answer any questions or concerns. My kids loved going and were so excited to share about their day, including multiple crafts, activities, projects or new themes of the week. They quickly made friends and we were happy to be included as parents with not only volunteer opportunities but also special events throughout the year. I can't recommend the program enough and I wish we had enrolled our kids a year earlier to have 2 full years.
