He gave me a clear diagnosis and explained that the evaporator coils or air vents become blocked by a solid mass of ice, preventing cold air from circulating. He used a handheld steamer to quickly and safely melt away the ice blocking the evaporator coils and internal vents; however, it didn't work. He later instructed me to unplug the refrigerator, leave the doors open for 24 hours, then turn it back on the next day for 12 hours. I was happy to see my refrigerator fixed and cooling again. Then after coming to our house three times, the dryer was still not working. After paying someone to not fix our appliance, I was leery of calling someone new. We had problems with getting our dishwasher fixed, and Kelly was able to figure out that it was a short in the wiring frying our control panel (including the new one he just put in).
