You would think a place designed specifically for children would understand how toddlers play, but the owner clearly does not. While the kids were playing, the owner actually approached them and told them to stop playing with a toy castle. Her reasoning? They were "opening and closing the castle door too much." It is completely ridiculous to police how toddlers interact with toys in a facility that parents pay for specifically so their kids can play. Secondly the place was cluttered. There were toys and junk everywhere. On top of that, the owner reprimanded us because the kids went in and out of the carpeted area "too many times." The entire environment felt hostile. The owner literally hovered over us the entire time we were there, making us feel incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome. A children's play center should be a fun, stress-free environment for families, not a place where toddlers are monitored like they're walking a tightrope. We will absolutely never be back. Save your money and take your kids somewhere where they are actually allowed to be kids.

They require you to sign a waiver relating to rules of engagement, injury liabilities, etc. You and your kiddo(s) have to wear grip socks when in the play area. The price was great for one day as well as the food prices. The food is kid food so pizza, fries. Pretzel bites, corn dog bites, stuff like that. The pizza was tasty, you know like better than frozen pizza and almost like school lunch pizza. Tasty. They'll have slices and whole pies to order. They have a bubble area for when it's bubble time which is adorable considering my little loves bubbles. Most children like bubbles. They'll announce a birthday if the kid is having a party there or not, they'll do a shout-out which is cute. The staff was attentive, polite, and helpful. I saw some of the senior staff knew some of the kids' names since they were frequent visitors. The play area is a good layout. Some moms were watching in the play area while some sat in the cafe sitting area to watch their kids. I even seen a few moms working on their laptops which was cool considering those moms had bigger kids like 8+ that didn't need as much supervision as the toddlers. The layout has something for everyone of all walking ages. They have big and little slides, a trampoline area, a nice jungle gym, again, something for all the kids. That was a major deciding factor in booking with them. On the day of the event, a different gaming company showed up instead. They arrived late, with an inferior gaming truck, and no Switch at all--which was not what was promised or contracted. It was clear the event had been outsourced to a cheaper third-party provider. Due to constant game updates and extremely long loading times, the kids were only able to use the gaming truck for about 30 minutes total. They quickly lost interest and ended up playing on our own PS5 and Switch inside the house, which worked far better than the truck. The experience we paid for was essentially unusable. After the event, All Out Gaming acknowledged that the service delivered did not match what was promised and offered a refund. Despite multiple follow-ups on my end, no refund has ever been issued. This experience was incredibly disappointing and did not come close to what was advertised or paid for. I would strongly caution others to confirm exactly who will be showing up, what equipment will actually be provided, and to get everything in writing before booking

Even more concerning, the bartender allegedly cursed at the group and made disrespectful comments, which should be visible on the establishment's security cameras. There are already far too few safe spaces for teens and young adults in Douglasville to gather. Experiences like this only make families feel less secure. Based on what happened, I cannot recommend this establishment to other families. My daughter and her friends left feeling humiliated and unsafe, and that is unacceptable.

The quiet, passive-aggressive cold-shoulder is loud in its own way, leaving us feeling uncomfortable and unwanted. We have continued coming because our children enjoy the farm, particularly in early to mid-autumn, but this experience sealed our decision. I would genuinely rather drive into the city and sit in traffic than return. To make matters worse, when we visited the animal-feeding area, the attendant shorted our change. After we kindly pointed out the miscalculation, he replied, "Oh, well I don't have any more change." I told him we would simply take additional cups of feed, and he looked at us as though we were unreasonable. Either the math was beyond him, or he assumed we would overpay. Perhaps I am too devoted to my quixotic, Hallmark-inspired hopes for the season, but this experience certainly did not contribute to the holiday warmth we arrived with. I do, however, want to commend the employee who tied our tree onto our SUV. He was the only pleasant member of the staff we encountered.
