Only 1 instructor went around and talked to *a few* kids, showed them a little. This is not a class, this in an indoor playground. Most of the positive reviews are about birthday parties, not from people looking to have their kids learn gymnastics, and get better at it.

That person refused to give their name and the "medical assistance" consisted of "I don't know what your problem is, I feel fine." Paid $125.00 for "deluxe" seats, because of heat related health issues. 4 hours trapped on hottest day of the year in car with no A/C, no fans, no functioning windows. Docent in car couldn't even remember standard safety message and ignored people requesting help. Kept giggling and saying, "everything's fine." I and a dozen other passengers were told the only help available was in the ticket office and we would just be stuck until the train returned in fours. The staff all knew the ticket office would be closed. Given the amount of false names and bullying from the staff, it appears they are aware of and unwilling to address the health and safety issues. Really should warn people, if you are susceptible to any weather related issues, this is not the ride for you. They configured the seats to crowd as many people in as possible with no leg room (worse than economy on an airplane). Zero legroom if passenger is taller than 36 inches. When you're done, they get your info and will call in 7-10 days for pickup. Easy! But something you may want to note if you live far away.
