Roger threw on Disney+ , offered and made us all tea, and without hesitation jumped to helping with anything. The kids get to choose from 3 different food choices , & the package even is thoughtful about including a pizza for the adults.  There's unlimited drinks from the drink fridge, and an entire counter of bins filled with awesome little snacks or toys for the loot bag each child gets to make themselves at the end. The playground is actually so much bigger than meets the eye and the slides are absolutely, hilariously fun. Roger went above and beyond to make things personal and even with our insanely loud group; not once did he seem bothered by it. I can't say the same for any other indoor playground place we have visited. Jungle Jims is clean, and exceeded all expectations. My daughter turned 5 and was NOT happy about leaving. She wanted to stay overnight and play even if it was closed aha. So grateful for this experience . What I love about them is that they my toddler has access to toys and activities that are on his level with out me having to worry about big kids being too rough. There is a nice couch area for adult and they offer food, coffee and other snacks. Birthday parties are a decently priced and they recently got a separate party room where you can bring in your own food and drinks. I've brought my lil one just and hang out and we both had a ball. There's no excuse for treating customers that way. Consistency and kindness matter, especially in a business geared toward children, and unfortunately this place fell short on both.
