There were only about 12 cars in the parking lot. Our server was very kind. They did not have a printed kids menu which was pretty odd to me. We ordered a kids chicken tender meal and a sampler. The food was not how I remembered. It was okay but nothing to rave about.

I remember the buffalo wings being a top seller there and ppl really wouldnt even indulge in the entrees as much as they did the appetizers. But I was in the area spending time with the little ones, so I decided Friday's couldn't be so bad- especially for kids! One of them didn't even ordered from the kids menu because she said it's not good lol. Idk, I guess because it's etched in stone and not going anywhere, anytime soon, they don't feel the need to put some integrity in the food. .my salmon was Overcooked, Very under portioned, broccoli was not fresh before it was cooked, mashed potatoes came out like ice cream from a scooper. The food didn't taste bad but it also wasn't much to consider. The server was pretty sweet, she was doing her best. I did make a complaint about my meal and she spoke to the manager who corrected it by sending out another salmon entree, cooked perfectly and with seasoning!!!! And I wasn't charged. All in all, the kids made due as well but I can't say that I'd go back. I wish restaurants like thus would care more.

Would I recommend this establishment...absolutely! Can't wait to go back!…read more I found this place by searching for play activities near Columbia mall. I had never been here and wasnt sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. Location: Inside the mall, on the first floor, right outside the Nordstroms. Easy to find. Cost: Worth the entrance fee, both child and adults have to pay. Fair price. There are also take home activities and play that cost extra, such as slime, treat making, soap making, and more. These extra activities are also fairly priced and and so much fun. The entrance fee to the Kids Playseum allowed you access to the establishment nextdoor, Playseum upstairs. They also have playseum bucks as well. Staff: Super nice, helpful, experienced and attentive staff. Everyone one we interacted with for our time there was fabulous. We were able to go to both the Be with me playseum and the playseum upstairs. Cleanliness: The kept a tight shop. The toys and amenities were well kept, organized, clean and in good condition. Options: There were so many rooms to play in, so many cute toys, books, dress up and imagination play. My favorite was the ice bucket where the fish were kept in the Safeway. Super cute! The girls loved playing here and definitely want to come back. Overall wonderful experience!

When we entered we were given $8 of their currency to spend inside. Most items or adventures are $3-5. My daughter ended up making her own body scrub and slime. While I like the idea of have kids "budget" their fun I wish it wasn't that serious. I can't imagine it would cost them much more, especially based off what they charge for birthday parties. Overall the staff were very friendly and helpful and everything inside was clean and santized. It would be nice if they placed a handwashing station in the middle of the venue. Currently there's a bathroom in the far corner that seemed very sketchy.

Kids running everywhere and parents not watching their kids, seriously the most overstimulating place. It's a kid place so its definitely not the cleanest place and one annoying thing: everyone dumps their jackets and stuff on the front tables instead of actually using the designated area, so there's nowhere to sit or organize your things. I mean it'd be nice to actually use the tables to eat the pizza you're ordering there. Not terrible, not amazing. Fine for a quick play session, and getting the kids out the house. Bring headphones to drown out the noise (depending on how old your kids are).

It's located in the Sully Plaza shopping center in Chantilly with ample parking in the lot. There were several areas to play with for kids of various age groups, from babies/toddlers to older kids. There's a huge ball pit that both of my kids loved in addition to plenty of slides. Now onto the negatives: - The staff was friendly... but inattentive and possibly understaffed as there were so many messes and kids going in and out of the gate without any supervision - Check-in wasn't really taken seriously (I questioned why did I have to submit a waiver?) and there were kids who were running barefoot and/or adults who wore shoes inside the play area - Each time we visited was very chaotic and seemed like it was overcapacity as it was packed with both adults and kids - Some parents barely supervised their kids and there were some other kids getting pushed and shoved due to how crowded it was We won't be coming back unless it's for a birthday party.

No one was at the entrance. Literally no one. Kids could have walked right out and started new lives lol. My niece had a reserved table, which came with pizza and soda for six people. Sounds decent, right? But any extra food had to be bought separately. My daughter and I got one pizza, breadsticks, and a drink, and the bill came to $40. For that price, I expected soda to be served from a machine, not poured out of a 2-liter bottle by an employee sitting at a table like it was a backyard BBQ. The restrooms were also not to standard. And the old look and feel or "fun" is no more. And don't even ask about the legendary ball pit -- it's gone. Vanished. Replaced with a trampoline area that costs an extra $5 per kid. Basically, your child can bounce, but only if your wallet is ready to bounce too. The games?... not as fun as they use to be. The pizza? A far cry from what I remember... I used to love Chuck E Cheese pizza lol. Parents and caregivers, if you're hoping for a blast of childhood nostalgia, maybe just rent a bounce house and order in. It'll be cheaper, and your soda will come from an actual fridge.
