All of the chairs are in one area and patients don't have their own rooms. The space is tiny. Patients and staff are squeezed into one area and I feel like I'm going to bump into someone or something expensive. They really max out the space. In some ways, it's a sign that they're busy but at the same time, it just lacks personal space. It's an issue when the child next to yours is crying because they're scared that causes your child to panic. It's also an issue because parents don't have much room to stay with their younger kids. The hygienist does most of the work and the dentist just pops in at the end to make sure everything is okay. Also, scheduling is such a hassle. My daughter needed to get her cavities filled and they didn't have any availability for about 4.5 months. We also were unsatisfied with their handling of insurance/billing.

They were watching a movie the whole time. At the end they got rewards and token to use at the prize machine. They had a great experience and everyone was extremely nice and very professional. After the assistant properly prepped my 5 year old, the dental hygienist with little patience, did a very poor job of communicating my son for the x- ray which was hurting his mouth. Because she was marketing other services earlier, I inquired if an x-ray was required for a basic check-up and she insisisted it was. Dr. Khoi came into the room and raised his voice insisting that it had to be done or he would not sign off for the check-up. I had to ask him to lower his voice and calm down in front of my children. When things settled, we left without the x-ray or a document stating which services were completed. I can understand if the X-ray was required, but an educated doctor should know how to communicate especially in front of children. Staff should not be selling services outside of what was required. They should also be aware of how to communicate with kids at a "kids dental clinic". I never write reviews but this was by far the worst experience and I am up thinking about it a day after the incident.

I have to say, my kids were pretty happy with the visit and we even had a follow up, which went well too. They got stickers, and the techs and dentist Dr. Bhanot were all very very nice. My 2 year old made it for a full cleaning without crying until the very end. And at the time, they didn't have tvs in with the patients so that's saying a lot! We were very very happy with the visits because of the wonderful techs and doctor; close location and accepting our insurance sealed the deal. HOWEVER -- the front desk staff really leaves something to be desired. Whenever I called or spoke to them in person, they were not very friendly and even rude at times. I really didn't appreciate the way they treated us, and for that reason, when our insurance changed again, I pulled us out of that practice immediately. For a kids dental clinic, I expected more from the reception staff, but was displeased every time I interacted with them. If that doesn't bother you, go ahead, your kids will get great treatment. But you, the person that pays the bill, will not.

The dentist office has everything I've ever looked for for my children. They are so comfortable here. The staff is so educated and experienced and work so well with children. I am so impressed the front desk receptionist is so helpful. She communicates so well she's very detail oriented and she's so accommodating and the office is amazing as well. Their customer service is unmatched and their attention to detail and just covering everything I am so excited for my children to finally get the proper dental care and education. The wonderful office staff accommodated me and my large number of children working around my work & my home schedule to find the perfect appointment and I'm just so grateful they met all of our needs. I really appreciated the follow up cause in constantly checking back in until everything was needed prior to the appointment. It really helped me stay organize and focus and to show up at an appointment having everything is such a stress, relief and I give credit to the office staff for being on top of everything and helping work with me and get it all together.

Both of my kids were welcomed upon arrival with their names written on a large blackboard wall. They were extra excited that they could watch whatever tv show they wanted WHILE getting their teeth cleaned. Though this feature was available, they ended up being more interested in learning what Dr. Ball and her team were doing. Each tool was introduced to them first and they got to explore them before they were used (ie.feeling the suction on their hands). Everything was tailored to my kid's comfort level from the toothpaste flavor, to the bright lights (cool character sunglasses are provided!), to the survey that is to be completed beforehand asking about any special interests to make conversations and treats personable. It was overall a wonderful experience and I am so thankful we found a dentist that knows how to make it a productive but fun experience for kids!
