Love this new option for kids in the area! We've been a few times and my son really loves the balloon room and the ball pit, as well as the shopping area. There's also a big slide, a tiny tot section, and a dress up room. One MAJOR star off though, is that the big furniture items in the dress up room ARE NOT secured to the wall! That seems like a massive liability, and in fact some kid knocked the big tall cabinet over while we were in there, and it would've fell on my 1 yo son if I hadn't dove to grab it. Very scary, I hope they read this and fix that ASAP. Another negative is just the other parents oblivious or not caring that their kid is trashing a section and leaving it, but that's no fault of the business. But come on people, be cool. Otherwise a fun place to get some of the wiggles out for the kids!

First time visiting Kidz Land inside Meadowood Mall. My 3 year old niece was elated! Location is close to one of the entry ways going into the mall (if you're familiar where Cinnabon is) and right away I noticed how well taken care of the establishment was. Loved the attention to detail from the color theme, to music, lights and inviting atmosphere. The two female staff were very helpful and friendly to adults and kids alike. They seemed happy to answer any questions, and would periodically come around to clean and tidy up all the areas. Entry requires grip socks for the little ones which you can bring from home or buy there. There's various play areas for all interests - ball pits, interactive visuals, dress up, floating balloons, just to name a few. We came on a Sunday afternoon and it was quite busy. Such a fun time, if you have little ones they will surely enjoy it! Small toddler area also available. We left the establishment with a cute plush rabbit they had for sale at the entrance. A variety of plush teddy bears also available for purchase.

My (almost) 2 year old absolutely loved this place! And so did my inner child Clean, fun, colorful and everything felt really padded and safe, we had a great time and are already planning to come back soon! Pro tip: parents need socks and kids need socks with grip soles, you can bring your own or purchase from the front desk Pretty good price for how much fun we had here! So happy Reno has a place like this :)

Fun, friendly, safe, and clean! The place isn't huge but they have so much to do in their space. Interactive ball pit, costume room, balloon room, grocery store, slide, and more! And the best part is that there's a parents area that you can sit and watch your kids play. The staff were helping and picking up toys/cleaning constantly. What a great little spot for kids (5ish and under) to play!

just now New We have been her numerous times and each time we have a wonderful experience! We had our daughter Piper's 3rd Birthday here yesterday and it was such a treat! Emily was great at helping our party when needed and always attentive. Stephy was great at communicating all pre-party instructions. I always recommend this place to people with young kids. Thank you for making my daughters birthday amazing.

We had so much fun at Kids Land! This is the perfect indoor play area for children under 5. Everything is very clean. There is a big slide, a ball pit, a balloon area, a dress up area and more! The employees were very attentive too.

Very friendly staff! Separate areas for toddlers and bigger kids. Perfect place to let your kids get their energy out!

    Kids birthday party

I am so incredibly blown away with my five-year-old's birthday party here. Definitely exceeded expectations. Number one, and first and foremost, the kids had the best time ever and that's what's most important but it's also important what happens behind the scenes and the staff here were so helpful friendly, they helped us set up, the even helped to take decorations back to the car. Definitely recommend for a birthday party.

It wasn't busy and the two young girls working greeted us quickly and got us started on some slime making. The experience itself is really cool. It lasts quite awhile and there are tons of steps from texture to aroma to colors. Every step involves some level of decision making so if you have a really little one, like I do, it's definitely best to accompany them through the whole thing. A grade school aged kid could mostly do everything on their own. After choosing some texture, color, smells, and mixing, you can play with your slime for as long as you'd like. Then you can do your mix ins and package it up. The cost is the toughest thing to stomach about this place. It's $25 to make a slime, so for my two kids and taxes, it was nearly $60 to make something that will likely eventually have to be thrown away. The prices on the retail slimes that you could buy and make at home seemed much more reasonable- around $15. I loved this for my kids- but just this once. I think it would have to be a special occasion to come back and do it again. I could see myself picking up a retail slime for a gift. If you don't mind the $25 price tag, this could be a staple experience for you! Still 5 stars in my book.

I think my experience was better than the first time, and if I could give 3.5 stars, I would. I am feeling generous and going up from 3 stars to 4 stars. Let's start with the negatives. This place is still dirty and still chaotic. When we arrived at 10 am, it was ok. By noon, there were far too many people, and the chaos ensued, once again due to the lack of adequate staffing and/or young employees who don't enforce rules. I am also concerned about the upkeep and quality of the facility. Many areas were closed, and there was padding falling off things. I am very worried about safety being a second thought here. The birthday party experience was pretty good. They had a table set up for us before we arrived, and there was plenty of room for our group to spread out. It's about $120 to reserve a table, and then they charge you per jumper. You can bring your own food or have themprovide food for an extra cost. Being able to bring some nutritious snacks for our son's friends is a huge plus. Overall, the kids had an absolute blast, and for around $230 total for 2 hours of jump time and a dedicated party table, it was a decent value. I think my once-a-year-ish visit will still be the way to go, and maybe it's time to start thinking about visiting some other trampoline parks.
