We had my daughter's birthday party here and it made life so much easier. Although it's pricey, in my opinion sooo worth it. They allow you to bring outside food and drinks, they set up and clean up for you and their customer service is great! It was a tad hectic as their computers were down so everyone had to hand write waivers but they were accommodating and kind while they were trying to get their system back up. I did hurt my back from falling on the mat as it was deflated and then shortly after they closed it down which was good as it was a huge safety concern.. but all in all the kids had a great time. Thanks fly high.

Our favorite jump park. Lots of different things to do and suitable for all ages. The only downfall is the cost. $17 an hour per kid adds up quickly.

Darn it...2024 I promise to be better about reviews! This was last year, but lots of fun. A friend invited me and the kids. All the kiddies love this place. Had some snacks and even pizza.

It's been a while since i've been here was a birthday party. And they reserved one of the rooms and decorated it very nicely. About ten kids and they had a blast For the adults, they had massage chairs all over. And just paid money and got a massage for.. No one got hurt, so that's a good thing. So if you're ever planning a party for a lot of kids, this is definitely a fun place to go. Lots of trampolines . A fun zip line Sponge squares to drop into So you don't get hur, just a great time.

Our first ever visit! Love it here, one of the workers, Jimmy, was working hard to make this experience the best it could be for us

This is our first time here. One of the main reasons we enjoyed our time was with the worker Jimmy who applied Sky High policies, but made our night so enjoyable! lwk deserves a raise.... there were a couple empty Monster energy drinks lying around tho...

My kids love Fly High, and they are easy to work with for their birthday parties. I recommend them, I'll usually cater food there. I have for all of the kids parties I've hosted here. They do offer food you can order there, but their wait times are ridiculous and way over priced. Prices as far as the trampolines and having a toddler section are great. They are fair compared to other spots in town that don't allow you to cater. My daughter's last birthday party was at Urban Air and there's no reason you need to spend $1,000 on a kid's birthday party. (The things we do for our kids.) I did it because I knew I wanted to hold onto her being a child and now that she's a teen looking back that was her last kid birthday party that she let me throw for her. I'm glad I did it! My youngest had his first few birthday parties here as well. The toddler side is a hit for him and his other little cousin's. My only suggestion is a little security in there. It's way too easy for little ones to get out to the parking lot. It's scary because it's located in Industrial Sparks. Parents keep your littles close; it's get crazy in there. Mine will literally lose his mind in real time if I bring him here. We'll be back!

Kids love it here whether they are with a group or if we're having a family fun day! Great for groups with a friendly professional group of employees. They are always well maintained and positively welcoming despite the volume of kiddos (physically, emotionally, and mentally). Thank you for a safe place for us to enjoy ourselves

YEAH IT BROKE and they got it fixed quickly. These guys are keeping up on it, and only a few of these super tramps in the area.

Great park and family friendly. They are updating and making it nicer. Excellent monthly membership where the details are laid out easily online. I like that you can pay monthly and cancel at anytime

The staff did an excellent job setting up for a birthday party. We just added balloons The kids had a great time jumping around and flying through the air.

    Great for birthday parties!

Admission is $19 for two hours and grip socks are $3.50, if needed. The play area is pretty spacious, ranging from trampolines with obstacles, climbing slides, obstacle course, a swing to jump off, a high beam to swing and jump from, a zip line, a high beam knock down, dodge ball and other areas. Kids are able to jump around and run with space or make new friends to follow for the night. Parents are able to sit in the play area, after signing a waiver, to be closer to their little one. There is plenty of seating throughout. There is also seating below in the food court area of Defy. During the two hours, I went off for a bit to shop while my husband stayed behind. There are plenty of shops to explore especially with all the sales following the holiday season. Since it is an outlet/mall, there is plenty of parking on site. If/when you do visit, park near Scheels close to where you can see H&M from the parking lot. If you enter at this location, go straight and make a left onto the path. Once you pass the fireplace, there is a set of stairs. GO UPSTAIRS. Defy is there. We circled until we asked, signage to locate this place is not great. If you do get hungry there are plenty of places to eat within the outlet and shopping area, both driving and walking - depending on what you fancy. There is also the food court inside Defy, offering ICEE, fountain drinks, nachos, pretzels, pizza slices, popcorn and more. The prices are reasonable considering it's an attraction. We did our waivers and purchased our tickets and socks online, from their website, before visiting. You can also purchase at the counter and complete the waiver at a kiosk or by scanning the QR at the register. We downloaded the ticket to our Apple wallet and presented it at the register.

This place has been amazing!…read more We have been coming to Jump n Shout pre-COVID for their Saturday bounce house days. It was cheap, fun, and a good way to get out a ton of energy! Recently, we signed up for 6 weeks of preschool tumbling. I'm so glad we did! My daughter's coach (I SWEAR I will update the review when I remember her name) has been so good with her. We came in with absolutely no gym/gymnastics/tumbling experience whatsoever and it has never been an issue! Her coach is patient yet persistent. She really works with the kiddos on form and technique while making sure they're still having a good time! She is always very honest and open about my daughter's progress and things to work on at home. The front desk staff is also awesome! I love that the parents get to be so close, even if we are in another room. Our kiddos can still see us just beyond the window. We got a deal online for 6 weeks of classes, but I'm sure we will keep coming here beyond those 6 weeks. It's such a good environment for kids of all ages!

We have recently left the Reno Elite cheer program at Jump N Shout. Our whole team (minus one) -…read morewhich was their special athletes' team left Reno Elite for another local cheer program. When four of your eight athletes' parents tell you that they are going to quit cheer unless they can find another gym, it's time to talk... It was after that that I personally started seeing the issues and then agreed to leave with the rest of them. I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt. There were a lot of issues with our particular team this last year (which was my son's third season with the team). Although our main coach was on maternity leave for most of the season, I do not personally see most of the issues being because of her. It was more to do with three other people (two of which usually have nothing to do with our team anyway). It seems to me that we were just buffered sufficiently when we had a head coach actively with our team. As for the cheer program as a whole, I still believe that they provide a good program. In particular to us: Coach Emily, Coach Lauryn, and Coach (Mr) Randy B were always supportive of my son and our family and I miss them. It is just that in many ways our team was left out of a lot all gym events, etc and we didn't have the support that we used to have especially when it came to fundraising. There were several issues around fundraising that I don't think all in the program knew about, so I don't hold all responsible. Suffice it to say that we did not have access to all of our funds we raised (not even credited to our tuition like we were told...), planning other events on our main fundraising date (said our first date was no longer available because of a competition going to be held there and then next thing you know they planned a similar event on our date instead, then had a big issue where we were not going to be able to set up for our big event until the actual time it was to begin (told less than a week before, but then it miraculously and thankfully was canceled... we think because someone realized that this was going too far with a team who was already really discouraged by the lack of support we were getting), and not helping advertise until a day or two ahead of time (even though I repeatedly asked maybe the wrong coach....) and then when it was sent out it had the wrong date. I believe that they have the potential to once again have a solid special athletes' team, but they need to address these issues. Like I said, though, I can still recommend them if you are not needing a special needs team. My suggestion is to check out at least this one and the other larger gym in town and see where you fit in the best.

We also had another friend put their daughter on the waitlist so we decided to do the same to ensure we could join in the same tumble bees class. After 1 month of being on the waitlist, we were offered a spot! We gladly accepted the offer and enrolled for the following week. The very first class was a trial class to see if it was a good fit for our daughter, which it was! Coach Grace is very supportive and patient with the little ones. She has such a calm presence and her voice is direct for the kids to pay attention. She ensures she spends time with the kids to make sure they understand their station and will teach them safe practices. The class is offers structure which helps develop listening skills for the little ones. The session we have is around the same time as another tumblebees class so it is pretty busy but the 2 classes are very organized so the kids aren't running into each other. At the end of the class you can see the coaches cleaning all the stations and even will give the kids hand sanitizer along with a coloring page, a sticker, and a stamp. Our daughter has been in the class for about 2 months and always looks forward to her class!

Kennedy absolutely loves coming to gymnastics each week, and we credit so much of that to Coach Lauryn's positive coaching style, professionalism, and dedication. Highly recommend Coach Lauryn to anyone looking for an outstanding gymnastics coach who truly cares about her students and helps them grow.
