We visited Fly High today for our son's birthday party. I feel like the value of a birthday party and the overall experience were good, but I also feel that many pieces of my original review are still relevant. I think my experience was better than the first time, and if I could give 3.5 stars, I would. I am feeling generous and going up from 3 stars to 4 stars. Let's start with the negatives. This place is still dirty and still chaotic. When we arrived at 10 am, it was ok. By noon, there were far too many people, and the chaos ensued, once again due to the lack of adequate staffing and/or young employees who don't enforce rules. I am also concerned about the upkeep and quality of the facility. Many areas were closed, and there was padding falling off things. I am very worried about safety being a second thought here. The birthday party experience was pretty good. They had a table set up for us before we arrived, and there was plenty of room for our group to spread out. It's about $120 to reserve a table, and then they charge you per jumper. You can bring your own food or have themprovide food for an extra cost. Being able to bring some nutritious snacks for our son's friends is a huge plus. Overall, the kids had an absolute blast, and for around $230 total for 2 hours of jump time and a dedicated party table, it was a decent value. I think my once-a-year-ish visit will still be the way to go, and maybe it's time to start thinking about visiting some other trampoline parks. read more

After paying we move on. My kids were super disappointed to find out everything on the upper level was closed, the ropes course and big jump/swing. read more

Great place for kid birthday parties and fly high has it very well timed and coordinated for jumping, then pizza, then jumping again. Kids have lots of fun! The noon hour seems to be the busiest time and the afternoon gets a little calmer and less crowded. read more

We had my sons birthday party here yesterday and it was amazing! The table was set up with his 3 color choices upon arrival. The staff was wonderful approaching me multiple times to see how they could help. And the best part is my son and his 16 friends had the time of their lives (along with the parents too)! We had my daughter's birthday party here and it made life so much easier. Although it's pricey, in my opinion sooo worth it. They allow you to bring outside food and drinks, they set up and clean up for you and their customer service is great! It was a tad hectic as their computers were down so everyone had to hand write waivers but they were accommodating and kind while they were trying to get their system back up. I did hurt my back from falling on the mat as it was deflated and then shortly after they closed it down which was good as it was a huge safety concern.. but all in all the kids had a great time. My kids love Fly High, and they are easy to work with for their birthday parties. I recommend them, I'll usually cater food there. I have for all of the kids parties I've hosted here. They do offer food you can order there, but their wait times are ridiculous and way over priced. Prices as far as the trampolines and having a toddler section are great. They are fair compared to other spots in town that don't allow you to cater. My daughter's last birthday party was at Urban Air and there's no reason you need to spend $1,000 on a kid's birthday party. (The things we do for our kids.) I did it because I knew I wanted to hold onto her being a child and now that she's a teen looking back that was her last kid birthday party that she let me throw for her. I'm glad I did it! My youngest had his first few birthday parties here as well. The toddler side is a hit for him and his other little cousin's. My only suggestion is a little security in there. It's way too easy for little ones to get out to the parking lot. It's scary because it's located in Industrial Sparks. Parents keep your littles close; it's get crazy in there. Went here for a birthday party. Too much going on. So many kids running around. Didn't see any staff monitoring any of the areas. Feel like I would get lice or ring worm here. Place is dirty. Games are run down and expensive. Not very friendly for little kids. I couldn't let my year and half year old enjoy this place because bigger kids are in the mini flyers area. But in my opinion the biggest problem and drawback is the parking. It's very limited. Another negative is some staff. I know they want everyone safe but they could be a little respectful about it. What a fun place! I was invited to a school age birthday party here and it was great. This is especially nice since it is cold outside during this season. It is a good option for kids to expel some energy. There are slides in the ball pit. There are structures to climb and jump. There are some ninja warrior type areas but I didn't see it for myself. The kids wear facility jump socks. They were provided for the party. Adults supervising small kids can walk around without jump socks on the side lines. I do recommend monitoring small kids because it is a big area, and there are older kids who can be rough. Before going in, a waiver needs to be signed. I recommend doing that online at home so you don't need to wait in line when you arrive. Parking can be a challenge there. The parking lot is small and street parking is limited. read more

It's a great time to be a kid. Trampoline parks have every bit of recreation we enjoyed in our youth best by a mile, and there were some super cool play spaces when I was a kid. Thanks to the pandemic, my kiddo got a late start enjoying these places, in fact, this was his first time and he loved it. I've had the chance to visit this one and another in the area and I'll say that Fly High has some unique experiences that the other did not. My son loved the area designated for the smaller kids. There was a large ball pit with some interactive fans, wheels, and a lot to climb on and through. He also loved the dodgeball court, a staple of these places, and of course the free trampoline area as well. It was so cool watching him run back and forth feeling uneasy on his feet and finding his balance and a big smile in the process. Above all that, he loved the zip line (no fear!) and the ninja warrior Esque obstacles. I set him down on the big wrecking balls and he loved swinging around. But better than all that, he just loved falling in the foam pit! If you have younger kids, like 3-5, I'll say that there seemed to be a lot of places they could get lost or stuck due to the heights of the exits to them. The ninja course is one for sure, so just keep an eye out. Fly High also felt a little older and tired than the ones I'd visited. None of the equipment or decor was broken, it just felt used and old. Like the foam or coverings looked dirty, the ball pit seemed a little empty and the oversized emojis just looked battle worn from time and abuse. I also didn't notice many attendees in or around the obstacles, which I've def observed elsewhere. I didn't think it was unsafe, but it would be nice if some folks were looking out. The check in process wasn't too bad either, but it did take a long time with only two kiosks available. I found it strange that the entire team was behind the registers staring at the line of people waiting to sign these waivers without a way to help expedite. All in all, it was fun to be here. I'd come back with my kiddo, but I want to see the other spots to get a sense of how this compares. read more

Drop the kids off here so the wife and I could have date night. $20 per child to jump for three hours is actually a fairly decent price considering it is $18 an hour normally. We brought eight children here, and the line was really long. Overcrowded, but that is to be expected that has the price is great. The reason for the two stars is the extra charge for jump socks. My kids have always had their own socks, and now we get hit for $2.50 per child extra even though my kids had clean and good socks on. Bad enough that we have to pay $160 for 8 kids, but now the extra charge of $20 is just a little too much. Also, if you look inside the jump area, many children do not have jump socks on. I brought my niece and nephews to Fly High a couple weeks ago. I filled out the waiver online at home. It was required that they wear non-slip socks. A couple of the kids already had non-slip socks. We just had to purchase a couple more. For $2.50, I thought they were nice socks. The kids had fun. Some of the attractions were closed for some reason but there was plenty of stuff for them to do for a couple hours.
